United Plumbing is our plumber of choice at Briar Street Baptist Church. Every member of the staff in the office and the Plumbers are ALL top notch professionals; friendly, prompt in answering every service call. Always keep us informed of all estimates, costs, and unexpected issues that come up during the work. We are notified when the Plumber is on the way, and who it will be. I highly recommend United Plumbing for any business or residential customer ! I worked 20 years in the retail profession as a Salesperson, Manager, and Training / Customer Service Supervisor. I have been without water for about 2 weeks after the bad weather that we had. Remington a man with United plumbing came over and had it fixed for me within an hour. I was elated. my faucet has never worked better. I would Call him again in a minute. Extremely pleased. And affordable.

Blake just finished pulling, repairing and reinstalling two of our toilets in record time! Not only is he knowledgeable and efficient, but also explained everything he was going to do, and gave us an estimate up front. Who does that anymore? First class all the way from the receptionist to finished execution! Fantastic!

We had an issue with the main sewer line backing up into our bathrooms. Within two hours Sam arrived and effortlessly cleaned the drain line. It was extremely cold outside and he took his time to do a thorough job. We are so pleased with Sam's work!

We had an accessible toilet installed by Franc* Americ*an 10 months ago and it always leaked. They came back 4 times to reset it and it was worse each time. Blake from United came out and apparently it had been cracked at installation so we bought a new one and Blake made sure it was right! They are very professional and have great service. Highly recommend!

Dalton came in to fix my faucet. He was professional, responsive and respectful. He made sure I liked how my faucet water run before he left which was a nice surprise. Overall my experience with the company has been good. I put in my request and the next day they had someone out to fix the issue. I'm sure if I didn't have my dog roaming, they would've been there the same day. Thank you and thank you Dalton!

We used United Plumbing for the first time but it will not be our last. Sam, Gabe and Zane were very good at what they do and we’re so respectful and professional. Not only were they prompt and replaced the reduced pressure valve but also explained how it affected the water coming in to the house. Thank you guys for your exceptional service.

Randy came by to fix a nasty leak in my ceiling and he was very effective and accurate in finding the problem as well a a solution. He kept me in the loop while completing the job, which I really appreciated. He was also very quick and efficient while being considerate of not making a mess. I would recommend this company to anyone. They have come by before and both employees did an amazing job. Thank you !!

My name is Travis Rogers. I recently had some sewer issues that were causing all my drains to back up. I called United and spoke with a lady named Sarah that was very friendly and professional. She got me an appointment right away for a free estimate. Adam came to my house and gave me an estimate. He sent me a copy via email and then called and explained the situation to me. Again very friendly and helpful. Today the work got done and without fail a perfect job and once again a phone call to explain. Im very impressed with the whole crew and would highly recommend.

We hired United Plumbing to totally replace all the galvanized plumbing in our 1970’s home. This job also included 2 complete bathroom replumbs and a gas line for a kitchen range. Brock , Zane and the team were totally amazing. From the bid process through the finished job. They were friendly and professional and it shows in the quality and neatness of their work. We cannot give them a higher rating, 15 stars is not enough!

I have been using United Plumbing for quite some time. They are extremely professional and provide quality service at reasonable prices. I recently had to have a home’s galvanized water lines removed and updated. Hector did a phenomenal job while providing me with excellent communication. I’m a very happy customer of United Plumbing.

My husband and I can't say enough good things about United Plumbing! We were desperate for plumbing help and called United. Within two hours, they had someone at our house! His name was Remington....and he was PHENOMENAL!! He was courteous, knowledgeable, and a quick worker. He is definitely an excellent representation of this company! We will DEFINITELY be using this company...and hopefully Remington for any future plumbing problems we may have! 5 STARS!!!

United plumbing is such a reliable company. They show up quickly, are easy to work with and do great work! For our most recent service Hector came promptly, diagnosed our situation quickly and got the part we needed the same day and got us all squared away. Would highly recommend!!!

I called United Plumbing for a second opinion on a small job I need to have done. Hector was on time, super friendly and professional. He explained everything in detail that needed to be done. When he had to change up the plan due to the condition of my pipes he made sure to ask my permission first since it was a price increase. I will definitely be using them for future plumbing needs.

Remington was FANTASTIC. Friendly, efficient, and great at what he does. We had a grease clog that was causing our washing machine and sinks to back up. He fixed the problem after diagnosing and got us up and running fast! Give this man a raise!!

Sam was very courteous… answered all my questions and dealt with my problem…leaving me with peace of mind. Something the previous company had not. Company has very reasonable costs. Highly recommended…I don’t send reviews much.
