This company came over right away and fixed all of our issues same day and then spoke up for us to the city to get things inspected and turned on after hours.

Just saw a van on Campbell downtown purposefully veer out into a puddle to splash a homeless man.

Very poor attitude on installation phase of new construction jobs. Rude and inflexible. Absolutely a nightmare to share a job site with.

I've never had a positive experience when dealing with them. Outside of Ken I think he's the only employee they had who ever treated me with any respect when was at their shop or on a jobsite. I've delt with a lot of plumbing companies, this is the only one that really stands out as being a complete nightmare to deal with.

Yesterday I was driving to work and pulled into the turn lane to get on 65. When I got up to the intersection, one of their trucks must've missed his turn or something because as I was making my turn, he pulled up next to me, nearly hitting me. I had to pull into the shoulder to let him around or else he definitely would've run over me. Not sure if he just didn't see me or what, but wish their drivers practiced more courteous and safe driving.

They were contracted for our home renovation. We had plumbing issues right after moving back into our home. My husband called them since they did the work. They never called us back. My bathroom sink is now leaking into the cabinet. I called our contractor this time and still nothing. Got a bid to dig up our septic line and it was double the price of other bids received. If you want a professional company that stands behind their work, I would keep looking. This is not that company.
