Dynamic Roof & Exterior Wash did our fence and we could not believe the amazing results, our fence looks brand new! Excellent job and will use them again!

Cleaned our entire vinyl exterior, facia, and gutters and it looks great. Took care around the shrubs and other plants. Came when promised. Probably would have washed the dog, if we had one, just to be thorough.

Dynamic Roof & Exterior Wash did a great job. We had them do gutters and eaves; patio, sidewalk, and driveway. They worked all day on a very hot day. They did a thourough job. He had a helper that he kept an eye on and showed him how to do a portion over. We are very pleased with his work and price. Didn't know our patio was white until he washed it. He did a lower power wash on gutters with a bleach solution that kept them from being damaged but very clean. Looks like a new house!

We had a two story white vinyl sided house which had large areas of green and black. Andrew came out and gave us a fair bid and was able to return the next week to complete the siding wash and it didn't take but a couple of hours. He would have returned sooner if the weather had permitted. Our house looks great after the wash! We are so pleased to have an all white house again! I would recommend Dynamic Roof and Exterior Wash to anyone needing to have their siding washed and looking like new again.

I am SO impressed with how my roof turned out. I called and Andrew came out immediately to get me a quote that we agreed on. I had to go out of town and he updated me with their progress and sent after photos! The photos did NO justice. When I came home to see the difference I was shocked at how beautiful of work they did! Andrew came out and gave a reasonable estimate to clean my mildewed roof, fence and driveway in preparation to sell our home. His crew was small, but extremely professional. Equipment was top notch. They took extra precaution to protect nearby foliage and structure. Our home sold in a day!
