We had a pipe leak in our crawl space and ZIPCO was able to get out ASAP and get us setup with mitigation to save our subfloor and get everything all dried out. They are true professionals and you can tell how knowledgeable they are while stile being very personable and easy to work with! Hopefully we will never need their services again but if we do, they will definitely be our first call!!

We absolutely love working with Mason! He’s always professional, easy to communicate with, and always takes every detail into consideration. Every time he comes to our showroom he knows exactly what he’s looking for and truly cares about helping his clients choose the best materials for their projects. It’s clear they take pride in their work from start to finish. Highly recommend Mason with Zipco to anyone looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to work with!

Had a water leak on my property, ZipCo was there immediately. Removed the damage and fixed the problem fast and efficiently. I couldn’t be more pleased with their work and would use them again for sure.
Big shoutout to David and Travis. They were both awesome, very easy to work with great communication with myself and insurance provider. Above and beyond people. Thanks again! -
We can’t say enough good things about Zipco. After our home flooded everything felt overwhelming but their team showed up with compassion, professionalism, and genuine care during one of the most stressful times for our family.
They made the medication process incredibly smooth answered every question we had and treated us like real people instead of just another customer.
We are beyond grateful for their support and highly recommend them to anyone needing dependable medication services!!!!! -
Had a minor leak in a house I was selling that ended up saturating interior walls on two floors. I contacted Zipco Restoration and David & Travis were out the same day. They quickly diagnosed the issue and set up heated air movers and dehumidifiers in all the right spots to dry everything out. The equipment ran through the weekend, and by Monday all moisture was gone.
These guys clearly have a ton of experience and know exactly what they’re doing. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process—they kept me informed, explained everything clearly, and were very easy to work with. Pricing was also very fair for the quality of work and responsiveness.
Overall, a reliable, professional company that I’d absolutely recommend to anyone dealing with water mitigation issues. If I ever have future needs of their services they will be the first company that I call to get things fixed back to normal. -
We had two huge trees fall on our home April 29. We were at a loss as to who to contact but our roofing company suggested we call Travis Auvil at ZipCo. Best decision ever! From the first phone conversation with Travis, we have been pleased. Everyone, Travis, David, Mason, and Jerzie, we worked with was great and gave us confidence and assurance we would survive this nightmare. All of the different trades in our home were kind and respectful. Mason Lile was the best! Definitely would recommend ZipCo.

I had a great experience with Zipco for water mitigation service in my home. Travis and David were professional, trustworthy, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. Since this was my first time dealing with water damage, I had a lot of questions, and they took the time to explain every step clearly so I could understand what was happening and feel confident in the decisions being made.
They walked me through the mitigation process from start to finish, explained what needed to be done, and made sure I knew what to expect each step of the way. Their knowledge, honesty, and patience made a stressful situation much easier to handle.
They came highly recommended as a referral, and now I understand why. I’m so glad I was able to work with them through this process. I would absolutely recommend Zipco due to the quality service. -
If your Insurance Company tries to hire Zipco Contracting run. Unless you want missing high dollar unreplaceable antique furniture that your grandparents bought in 1934 when they first got married (meanwhile all the junk makes it back) door trim along your walls, wall to wall real slate fireplace replaced with cheap knock off just in front to pass regulation but wall-to-wall uneven wood panels that look unprofessional and probably the worst looking fireplace in is South Springfield neighborhood.
Downstairs bath room heating/cooling vent covered up like we don't need it in the bathroom (I provided Mason with a picture that happened to capture the vent in the bathroom & he was gonna come back and look for it with a magnet, but like many things he said it didn't happen )no turn keys in the vents installed downstairs so no way to control the airflow (it's fine just stuffing napkins in them for now) subcontractors that only seemed to work on a Mondays like every three weeks or so while the rest of your insurance money is ate up by air b&b fees, and then being forced to move back into a house with no furniture while the contract still is not completed for TWO MONTHS (including no shelving or rails in the closet to hang stuff up on, no dishes for the kitchen & no transition in between doorways and stairs, leaving uneven floors & yes, for two months living like that ) ETC. The fire happened last July 2024 moved back in April 2025. Not to mention a "contractor"
That absolutely sucks or is just way overworked with too many jobs. I think a little bit of both.
I'm coming from 6 years in administrative
Duties as a commercial construction office manager, simply unbelievable, Unorganized, unprofessional, and really honestly a money grab with absolutely no regards to the homeowners.
The work to "complete" the contract while we lived without our belongings returned or any way to organize in the closets for two months, literally took less than six hours. It was done in one day. Then we finally got our stuff back well what could be salvaged. But as I mentioned, all the money was eight up by Airbnb fees, so we had no furniture. I know people that had just as extensive of damage done to their homes, but we're back in it in four months there's absolutely no reason it should've taken 9 months in an Airbnb and an additional two months living without the contract completed in the home with nothing!!! But the best part was the entire insurance settlement was made up with Airbnb fees and the contract so we moved back into the house with absolutely no money to replace any furniture with. Absolutely ridiculous what this company put my family through.
