The customer service provided by Kristina, was great she responded to all questions and followed up with me during the entire process. The technician Noah did a great job as well he identified the source of the issue and made the nessary detail report to insure that the issue could be addressed. I will recommend P.A.C.E to others !

From the beginning, Kristina did an amazing job communicating and asking for detail information to help their techs. Then when Bobby showed up, very professional and honest. He is very knowledgeable on his products. Quick to fix our issues. I highly recommend using PACE all your appliance repairs! THANK YOU!!!

I will be recommending PACE to everyone! We had an amazing experience after having some pretty bad (and expensive) experiences with a larger name company. PACE sent Noah who is one of their technicians and he was great! He was on time, extremely efficient, educated and showed me everything that was causing an issue, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything which would have been easy for him to do! We put in an online inquiry in the evening and Noah was out the next day! He fixed a clog in one of the hoses and let me know that our refrigerator compressor was leaking a bit of oil. He called samsung for me to see if the compressor was under warranty still (it wasn’t unfortunately). Instead of trying to sell me a new compressor he gave us a great tip of keeping ice cream in our freezer because if the fridge is starting to go, ice cream going soft will be the first indicator. Said when we were ready to replace the compressor or just have a new refrigerator installed that we could call his work number directly or call the company and they would come in to help! All of this was only $150 including the service charge to come look and their services come with a 90 day guarantee! I would have easily spent over $400 with another large company that we have used previously and received subpar service from. 5 star experience from start to finish!

Staff was very friendly. I was able to get on the repair schedule in a timely manner. Bobby performed the work on my oven and was quick while also being very thorough in explaining everything to me. I would use them again.

I cannot recommend P.A.C.E. Appliance Repair enough! I called in and was greeted by Kristina who got me scheduled right away! The technicians I worked with were extremely thorough and friendly. I even got to meet the owner, Bobby who is a certified technician with over 25 years of experience. Bobby came to work on my oven last minute over the week of Thanksgiving (which is one of their busiest times) when the problem ended up being nothing but my own ignorance. He didn’t even charge me extra. Everyone was so down to earth. This is a business you can trust. I will be calling them from now on :)

Tyler and Kristina at PACE were amazing. We had a dryer issue that Tyler quickly diagnosed and gave us tips on how to operate our dryer for maximum efficiency. Kristina was awesome at getting us an appointment very quickly. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.

Logan is AMAZING!!!!! Had a broken Speed Queen dryer and washer - got here timely, HAD PARTS ON THE TRUCK, was professional, kind and bent over backwards to make sure everything was in working condition in one appointment. Thanks for the great service!!!

PACE was amazing to work with. Kristina was awesome to speak with, she was kind, understanding, and very helpful. She was able to order the new compressor after speaking with her about the issue so that the technician was able to make just one visit in order to complete the project! Bobby arrived on time and was incredibly helpful. He explained everything and then went straight to work. He replaced the compressor quickly and by the time he left he had checked to ensure that the fridge and freezer were cooling two different times. A frustrating situation was thankfully resolved pretty quickly once PACE arrived.

Jason was by FAR the best technician I’ve ever dealt in my LIFE, and that’s no exaggeration. Started with him being very communicative on arrival and once at my property was very courteous. He had all the replacement parts with him and almost immediately diagnosed the problem. Be fore I knew it he was almost done and walked me through some tips and tricks on my particular model. The best part; his approach was so friendly and natural I felt like I made a new friend at the end of the service call! I’ll definitely use PACE every time I need a repair and specifically request Jason.

Logan was our tech. He was prompt and knowledgeable. He had the heating element issue diagnosed within minutes and the issue resolved within a few more. Great service!

P.A.C.E. was easy to work with. Kristina was outstanding and helped walk me through all of the steps to ensure that we received quick turn around for our dryer. Her customer service is above and beyond and I appreciated her and her team!

Jason was polite, courteous, on time, helpful and all around awesome! I would absolutely call PACE again for all of my appliance repairs! My dryer was on the fritz and now I’m back in business!

The wife and I had P.A.C.E. out recently due to dryer problems and we learned the washer clutch was not working correctly causing some of the dryer problem ( not wringing enough water out of the towels). The dryer was fixed upon initial visit but the washer part had to be ordered. Within a couple of days we got a phone call setting up a new appointment for the washer repair which was done today. If you are lucky enough to get "Logan" as your repairman you won't be sorry unless you personally have issues. Logan explained things in layman's terms so it was easy to understand and displayed the faults on the aging parts he replaced. We have used P.A.C.E. before and they are our "GO TO" repair team is the future. Thank You again Logan.

Grateful for the professional and timely services rendered. A week before Thanksgiving Day my refrigerator wouldn't get cold. I Submitted a ticket requesting service and received a response immediately. Long story short, P.A.C.E was able to repair my refigerator the weekend before Thanksgiving Day. I have used Pace for my rentals several times & will continue to do so…they are very responsive & helpful. Today I had Bobby from Pace to look at my wine cooler that wasn’t cooling…he diagnosed the problem right away & came to a resolution.
On the way out he noticed my main refrigerator-he noticed a few maintenance issues with it and gave us a quick tutorial of hiw to

My experience with PACE saved me from getting a new wall oven. Another company came out, charged me $200 to tell me they couldn’t do anything for me. From the first phone call with PACE to every step of the way, I was so relieved. They went the extra mile to get me a control board and I am so grateful. They kept every timeline, communicated well, and saved me so much. They will be my first call always! Great team!

Our Speed Queen washer (5 years old) needed service. I called Slyman Brothers Appliances and they recommended P.A.C.E. Kristina was a delight to deal with, scheduled the service for the next day! The P.A.C.E. technician arrived as scheduled and was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. This was a 5 Star+ experience.

Pace does really good work. They took care of two different washing machines for us, tone last week (2/2025) and one about 3 years ago. Their prices are reasonable, they do great work, are very responsive, and guarantee any work done for 90 days. I have never felt like anyone's trying to get me to buy something I didn't need or upset, or take advantage of my vast mechanical ignorance!!

Christine is A-MAZing. I mean, this lady is on top of it and works Really hard to get someone to you and work with your schedule. She also has a good working knowledge of appliance brands and types, and can make recommendations that might help until someone can get out to you.

Logan, who most recently repaired our washing machine, is thorough, efficient, thoughtful, and works at a great pace. He was able to diagnose the problem within minutes and knew exactly what was wrong and how to repair it. Thank You!!
