It has been my pleasure to work with Bruce and his team at Assured Heating and Cooling for over a year now. I can confidently say that this is a company that cares for their clients and makes them the #1 priority. If they cannot service your equipment in a timely manner, they will recommend other professionals who can. They are all about making a difference in their community and providing top of the line, quality equipment and maintenance. I can and will continue to recommend this company to anyone who is in need of AC or Heating repair.

I was thrilled with Assured. They helped us understand the problem with our AC and made sure we knew why the updates and changes were necessary. They were able to take care of us in less than a week and fix the problems! Would definitely use them again.

Made the appointment to get AC unit updated. Few days before got an updated appoint time bc we had a tight fit and they explained that they would like to get there early so we would be taken care of asap.
We appreciated the concern for our individual needs and prompt service.
All said and done they were finished on time. Clean work. Friendly service. And very quality work.

Contacted my normal ac guy and he did not respond. Posted in thumbtack and there was a quick response. Came at the time he said he was and fixed the problem within 15 minutes! These guys know what they are doing! I will sign up for yearly service now.

We were referred by a family member and couldnt he happier. They were quick to come over when my AC went out during some hot weather. Our technician Jason was very friendly and obviously knowledgable. We had to wait on a part for a day but they came as soon as it had arrived and got us back yo and running. Bruce was very helpful and seemed like a great guy as well. I will for sure be using Assured for our HVAC needs going forward.

Highly recommend! We had a great experience with Assured Heating and Cooling. They replaced our boiler quickly and came back multiple times to bleed radiators and make sure everything was operating correctly. Very communicative, reliable, and trustworthy service.

I have had phenomenal experience with Assured for both business and home. After receiving 3 other quotes for a commercial AC unit that was leaking condensation into my office everyone told me we had to find a crane operator to lift the unit up off of the roof so they could work on it. Assured came out with a simple solution that did not involve hiring a crane operator. I have used them for home and office ever since, and I’ve had nothing but great experiences with them.

I’ve used Assured heating and cooling multiple times, and each experience has been nothing short of excellent. Their team is professional, knowledgeable, and always punctual. Whether it was routine maintenance, an emergency repair, or a new installation, they consistently exceeded my expectations.

The techs were knowledgeable and friendly. I had to wait on parts since I have an older unit. They did a good job staying in touch and providing me updates in regards to the delivery and install.

They installed a new Rheem Heat Pump system a couple years ago. We recently had them out for cleaning/checkup. They were fast, responsive and prices were good.

Assured responded quickly and the work was completed much faster than I expected. Your work with Mechanical Supply was also a plus. The people, from Bruce to the workers, were great.

I have really enjoyed working with Bruce and his team. They were very responsive and transparent. I would definitely recommend Assures Heating & Cooling.

Danielle and Ayden were so quick and thorough in their installation process. I worked with the owner and Alex when I first contacted them with a need for a new furnace. They were personable, did not try to sell me on things I don't need, and they were reasonable with pricing. I am looking forward to working with this family-owned business for my HVAC needs.

We’ve been using Assured Heating and Cooling for years, and they have always been our go-to for all our HVAC needs. Their team is consistently prompt, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. Most recently, they replaced our air conditioner, and as always, they got us back up and running quickly. Their professionalism and dedication to customer service are unmatched. They answered my call quickly and even though they were already very busy they were able to make room for my appointment that day. The tech showed up in the time frame quoted and was very nice and freindly. He took a look at my system and took time to explain how it was supposed to work and let me know why mine was not working. He was able to clean a few dirty sensors that go my system back up and running. I was charged a very fair and resonable price. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs HVAC needs. I will be using them from now on and they will be back to check my A/C in the spring. Excellent company.
