Great experience with B&B! The technician, Justin, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I've found my service provider for any future HVAC needs.

They got my old AC working quick and their quotes for a new system were very reasonable. Their technology is also very impressive.

B&B heating and cooling has always been reliable when I call.very professional and knowledgeable. Adding to my comments. Tim went above and beyond to make sure our home was cool during the HOT 🔥 temperatures from last week. Tim stopped by added freon to hold us over until B&B/Tim could come out to install the new unit. Again I appreciate B&B heating and cooling. You guys are ROCK!!!

I called about no heat . Gerry came out next moring. I decided on new furance and ac unit. Schedule for monday. .They called ask if I need space heaters and Ron brought 3 space heaters. And take apart old furnace. They called asked if they could put furnace in Saturday if they find 2 people to work. Yes I said . They installed furance and AC unit on Saturday. They did excellent work. They all beat my expectations.. Thanks to all they are awesome.

My HVAC is only a year old, so this was a maintenance only service call. I signed up for their maintenance program and it is almost half of what I have paid in the past with another company so I was very happy about that.

Alex at B&B was very easy to work with and response to our calls and questions. We got a fair price for our furnace and air conditioner. The installation crew was excellent. They were efficient considerate of our property and didi yeoman's work under difficult conditions, with pouring rain and sweltering temperatures. They were patient with my questions and helpful with their information. I am quite satisfied with the work done and I am very happy with my new HVAC system.

Air conditioner stopped functioning on a Saturday night. I called B&B the next morning and they were able to get me on their schedule and 2 hours later they had my AC running again. Quick, professional, and a reasonable price for the service on a weekend!

Austin was my service tech, who did a great job making me feel at ease. He explained everything and installed my new thermostat. Again making sure everything worked properly. I'll continue to refer B&B. I'll also request Austin next year for my maintenance plan. Thanks B&B for having and giving great customer service and expertise when it comes to your employees.

Justin from B&B was quick and efficient by diagnosing hot water heater apparatus leak issue and applying solution to resolve - including a better way to support the thermal expansion tank. And was covered under warranty. I appreciate the quick turn around/response time.

Austin did a thorough job for us today. He was very personable and fully explained his evaluation. We are bery pleased with his service! 10 out of 10!!!!

Ryan arrived within the designated time frame. He wore booties to keep the house clean. He clearly explained problems and gave a reasonable estimate for fixing them.

Ron and Austin did a great job installing my new hot water heater. They were very nice and professional. Austin took the time to explain how to relight the pilot if it should go out.

I liked that prior to the technician arriving a picture and name of the technician was sent to me via text. The technician was polite and he wore paper slippers over his shoes not to drag dirt into the house. The work was done correctly and quickly.
