The folks at Vitt were terrific. I needed service on my mini split AC and they came out within 18 hrs of my call! Got the job done well at an affordable, very competitive price! Eric, the technician, was superb. Very professional but friendly. I'm moving all my heating and cooling needs to Vitt!

I had the most amazing experience with Vitt, largely due to their amazing technician, Cole. He went above and beyond to get my AC up and working in the heat of a St. Louis summer. He was kind, efficient, and dedicated to getting everything done quickly and efficiently. He explained everything to me so I could understand what needed fixing and even helped clear out some brush to access the unit. This company has always been dependable, and Cole demonstrated that and more today.

After 2 company's failed to show up for my ac repair I called Vitt heating and air. They were very professional and polite on the phone when I set up my appointment. Nick was my technician and he was absolutely awesome! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and great at his job. He has passion for what he does and he does it right! I felt very comfortable with him in my house and he was very respectful with explaining everything going on with my ac. There was no pressure as he went over everything and what he recommended to fix my ac and gave estimates as he went along so we were aware of the cost as well! I will continue to use Vitt for any hvac repairs in the future and I highly recommend them! My ac went out during a heat wave and he had it fixed no problem.

It was easy to schedule and appointment and I was notified in advance that the technician was on his way. He was very polite and professional. There were a number of problems with my AC. He explained the least expensive repair options for my budget and also outlined the short and long term pros and cons of repair vs replacing. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was also very respectful of my decision making progress and was in no way pushy about the various options. He clearly has the customer's best interest in mind. I've use other companies in the past that I felt were condescending to me as a woman and I very much appreciated the respectful and courteous treatment I received. Vitt will be my go to option for heating and cooling in the future.

I would give Vitt and technician Cole 10 stars, but this app only goes up to 5. First rate service by a first rate, classy company. My AC had gone out and it was up to 87 in my house. I rescue birds (parakeets and parrots), and was seriously concerned of losing them to heatstroke (90 degrees is the tipping point). I called Vitt and the wonderful young lady understood and scheduled me in for an emergency appointment. Technician Cole called to say he'd be here in 20 minutes, and he was right on time. I can't say enough as to how impressed I was by this fine young man-courteous and knowledgeable-a total pro! I had been told by a tech from another major local company the day before (it was 83 in the house) that he would have to come back in the future (?!) to replace the circuit board and wiring. Since my AC is less than 2 years old, I declined and decided to get a second opinion. The next day the temperature and humidity went way up, and it climbed to 87 in the house, so I made the smart decision and called Vitt. Cole thoroughly checked out my unit while explaining the details to me, and within 10 minutes he diagnosed the problem. A wire from the thermostat to the circuit board had become loose. That was it! He put the wire back in place and tightened it down with a new nut. He fired up the AC and it is back to comfortable in my house again. He could have easily agreed with the tech from the other company and charged me to replace the circuit board and wiring, but he chose to be HONEST and not rip me off. This is yet another reason why I am sold on, trust, and highly recommend Vitt Heating and Cooling. COLE and VITT are number one in my book.

Jamal is a very knowledgeable and professional service tech. He not only performed the spring maintenance service but also answered my many and varied questions about the system. His patience was greatly appreciated.
