Very happy with our experience having our freezer fixed by Matt from Greg's Appliance. He showed up within 2 hours of calling them, explained what the issue was with the freezer half of our side by side, got the replacement part on order and installed it the next morning. Appreciated going from a lukewarm freezer to a functioning one within 24 hours of my call to them.

Amazing people. Have purchased two items from Greg’s and we are very happy. This is a family business and we are lucky to have these people provide such amazing service.

They are the real deal! If you want professional, honest, knowledgeable help, these are the people to call! They hooked me up with a great washer when I really needed one!! I’ll definitely be calling them again when I need help! You should too! You will not be disappointed!

My husband and I brought home our newborn baby on Sunday afternoon, and on Monday our fridge wasn't cooling. We called Greg's and they showed up within the hour to get us all fixed up! They were extremely nice and it relieved our stress to have the issue taken care of so quickly.

I've purchased a stackable washer/dryer and a upright freezer from Greg's Appliances. They are great appliances which have made my life easier. The customer service at this place is top notch. I won't be getting my appliances from anywhere else.

My old landlord had bought a fridge from Matt and Matt and his team came out to look at the fridge got the part after not having a fridge for over a week no fault of their own got the part replaced and had no issues. Fast forward to about December I went in and bought a washer because of my experience from the fridge I could of went anywhere else but choose to use Greg’s appliances. Always friendly and respectful

Called because of an error code on our washing machine. They came out during the same day and gave us quick and honest feedback about the scope of the problem and cost of the repair. We decided to not go with the repair, and they didn't even charge us for the initial service call to come look at the machine. Can't recommend them enough.

I have purchased all my appliances from Matt over the years. I was having issues with my washer years after buying it so I called the store and they were able to troubleshoot over the phone and save me $75 on a service call (I had a baby sock stuck in the drain lol). Definitely recommend them to all my friends and family in need of appliances!

Katie and Matt showed up did a wonderful job got my washer fixed very fast or very professional. I would recommend them to anybody call them first before you call anybody to fix your broken appliances five star review I would give them more if I could.

We have been buying appliances from Greg's Appliances for at least 30 years now. Every time, we called Greg and Matthew would deliver what ever we needed the very next day. All of our appliances have lasted for at least 15 plus years. If we need a service call, they always come within 24 hours and fix the problem right away. Matt is honest and has always given us a great deal.

I called Greg's for service on my dryer today. I got a call back to set up an appointment and Matt came out tonight!! He found the problem and fixed it in just a few minutes. The cost of the service call and repair was very reasonable.

My family and I really enjoy Greg's appliances.
Bought a washer and dryer a year and a half ago with a lifetime warranty. Our Washer stopped spinning and draining called Greg's and they looked at it and figured out the issue and got it fixed for us.
You won't see us getting any type of appliances anywhere else but here.!

Greg's appliances is a great locally owned business. When going into the store I'm waited on promptly with no hesitations. I feel very welcomed when entering the store. The customer service is excellent, and they do there best to accommodate your budget on finding nice appliances for your home. I will forever be a customer to this business and highly recommend other customers.!

Not sure if I've ever made a major appliance purchase with such ease and convenience for scheduling installation. It would have been much better had there been more communication about the actual installation.

After I called them the morning of delivery, I was told delivery/install would be sometime during the day and I'd be called. Like a "cable guy" would.

There was no call. But, the team did show mid-afternoon. The team was professional, courteous, and ready to begin what I consider a difficult effort.

There were two hiccups:

1) This is a petty observation and I only point it out the install teams professionalism. With the actual install (moving the fridge inside and leaving) there was some lightly scraped paint (the team lead pointed this out, and to be honest, I probably wouldn't have noticed the damage). I consider this the price to pay for purchasing a 2024 appliance and expecting it to fit readily into a 1935-built home.

2) While moving this beast in, the water line (ice maker) was damaged while bringing it in through the aforementioned 1935-built house with narrow door frames and tight spaces to navigate the beast. On this, the team promised a call the next day to arrange to fix the water and ice maker line, which simply did not occur. Since the ice maker/water filter is the secondary purpose to the fridge's real purpose in life, and being tired of waiting for a call that hadn't come, I fixed it myself by purchasing the 8 buck part at Ace just to call the install complete.

Bottom line: product is excellent, sale was excellent, installation was 4-star (if categories were divided). Overall rating would be 4.5 star and would be 5 if I'd recieved one single call after the sale, before delivery, or about installation fix actions that were promised but not addressed.

However, I will be back again when it's time to buy, so I guess that's the real bottom line.
