Garcia Construction found several areas where squirrels could be getting into my rental property when others were not able to figure it out after squirrels had gotten into an attic at least three times!

Adam and his team did a fantastic job on the ceiling on the addition to our 1910 home in Bevo Mill. The plaster was cracking, the demolition uncovered ceiling members that were not up to code and were at risk for instability and further damage in the future. Adam and his team were incredibly easy to communicate with, they were respectful of our home and time, and explained our options clearly. We are incredibly satisfied with the quality of their work.

My husband and I love Garcia. We rented through them in our 20s, purchased our home with the help of one of their realtors, Bridgette Fyvie, and we are pleased to continue the relationship to help us maintain the home. We also love the work they do in south city in rehabilitation and restoration.

I would recommend Garcia to anyone looking for a reliable contractor. Thank you all!

I am extremely happy with the work that was completed on my home. They listened to my requests and answered all my questions. The craftsmanship is outstanding. John took the time to add details to the corbels that support the porch cover that others would not have done. Everyone I encountered from the company was helpful and respectful.
