Fielder provided great service. The electrician was on-time, gave me the best options for my repairs, actually suggesting that I NOT do what was most expensive. The job was completed on time and without problem.

They came out and gave us a competitive bid and we booked the work. They were professional and on time. Very happy. They installed a 30 amp service to the front of the house. Looks awesome.

Fielder did an excellent job re-wiring my garage. The office staff was very helpful and the electrician was very knowledge and professional. Would definitely use them again.

Technician arrived on time and did a first rate, professional job as promised. He was thorough, knowledgable, and efficient. The office staff was helpful and patient in answering questions and troubleshooting problems. Rate was reasonable. Overall a very good experience. Last year, we hired Fielder Electric to upgrade an existing panel from 100 to 200 amp, install a new electric meter, and replace three GFCI receptacles in the kitchen to ensure compliance with STL County code. The staff arrived on time and began completing the work. As time progressed it became apparent that work would have to stop temporarily so a tile saw could be retrieved. Once the saw was obtained, the work was completed without any further disruptions. Three days later STL County arrived to inspect the work and stated: "everything looks good". The county inspector signed off without issue.

I found the staff to be professional and polite. We have been using Fielder for several years and will continue to do so. Our past experience with Fielder has included new ceiling fans and new GFCI receptacles.

The reason for this late post is I plan on contacting them in the future for additional work and wanted the public to know of our satisfaction. It is regretful that others have not had the same positive experience we have enjoyed. I understand Fielder may not necessarily be the least expensive, however, when it comes to safety and adhering to electrical code, I would rather pay more and have the work completed correctly.

The estimator came by promptly and was very professional. He took the time to answer all my questions and explained everything clearly. He even warned me of some of the downsides of doing the work. I received the bid in a timely manner and it was complete and correct without any further interaction. I requested a couple of extras in the time between signing the contract and the start of the work. I also received the bid for those promptly.
The electricians started the job on time without me even having to be there. They were gone each day before I returned. They had cleaned up after themselves and even took the time to reset my clocks! I did have the pleasure of meeting them on the morning of their last day as I was home to get a bid on some plumbing. The plumbing contractor suggested I have a dedicated circuit installed. They cheerfully agreed to yet another extra even though it was their last day on my job. It was done at a very reasonable cost.
I know that my home posed some challenges (nearly inaccessible attic for one) but I never heard a word of complaint. The job was completed on time with minimal disruption.
All the inspector could say was "very nice". It was my first look inside the new panel. This was clearly the work of people who take immense pride in their work.
By all means get several bids, so you can make an informed decision, but make sure you get one from Fielder. If you value professionalism and pride of workmanship you will not be disappointed.

I've worked with Fielder Electrical over the past few months to add new electrical capacity to a commercial office space. Their professionalism, and expertise has been invaluable. Fielder is able to design elegant and affordable solutions even when the build-out is atypical and complex. I can't say enough how happy I am with their service. Each time they've helped me the state inspector has barely had to examine it because they know the type of quality work that Fielder does. I wouldn't use any other electrical service unless Fielder was completely booked for months.

I called Fielder with a time sensitive request and they squeezed me in within two days, awesome! Mike was my electrician, came out and repaired my wiring and found that my light fixture was broke as well. Mike went ABOVE AND BEYOND by going out to purchase me a new light fixture (since I was out of state) and replaced the fixture and sent me a photo of the completed work. I can’t STRESS ENOUGH how amazing that small gesture was, and I truly believe this company has AMAZING customer service. I will use them for ANY other electrical needs. I was hesitant to use them based on reviews, but they exceeded my needs and EARNED my respect and loyalty as a customer. The office staff was also super helpful!!!

An electrician with 30+ years of experience did our job. He was thoughtful and a good communicator, and helped us get the details right. Mr. Fielder did the estimate, and saved us thousands on a "drop & bury" with his suggestions for placement. The office was going through a staff change, so there were some dropped messages, but all is well that ends well!!

I had a very positive experience with Fielder. Matt was very professional and courteous. The electricians did a very professional job, were polite and cleaned up after themselves. All for a very reasonable price. Also thanks to Paige and Erica for helping with the proposal. I would definitely hire Fielder again.

I've been working with Fielder Electric for nearly 3 decades. They are the only company I prefer to work with when it comes to needing electrical services. Their pricing is competitive and reasonable. Everyone at Fielder Electric (the owners, office and crew employees) are extremely courteous, knowledgeable and punctual. As a General Contractor, the Fielder Electric crew has come to know what I expect of them when they arrive on my job-site, which makes managing all of my scheduling run smoothly and in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this family owned and operated company for any project - large or small - that requires a licensed, bonded and trustworthy electrician.

I called Fielder Electric to schedule a service. Luckily my electrical problem resolved itself with a fresh battery. LOL. Fielder upgraded a replaced the electric and fuse box at my residence a few years ago, as well as installing several new electric and fans throughout the house. Fielder came highly recommended by my general contractor, and I wasn't sorry. The service was on time and on schedule, that's why they were my first call when this non-issue surfaced. The fact the Fielder Electric is a well established, well reviewed, family owned company is icing on the cake! 5 stars!

Went with Fielder Electric for a large electric repair in regards to knob and tube wiring. They were great gave me what I needed and finished it all up in one day. I think a guy named Dakotah came out to my house but he was awesome. I highly recommend to anybody!

We had a great experience with Fielder. Matt came to the house and listened to our needs. He then looked at everything and we chatted like buddies for a little while. A couple of days later, we received the quote for the cost of the project. After gathering a few more quotes from other companies, I called Matt and asked his advice and thoughts about not only his bid but also asked him about some of the other ideas that other companies had. He was very honest and respectful of me. He took the time to educate me on the process of what needed to be done to properly finish our project. My wife and I felt very comfortable with his responses and decided to hire him to complete the project.

We scheduled the job for a couple of weeks later. Neither of us were home when the project was being completed, but I did make it home right at the end, as the gentleman was cleaning up. He was so polite, respectful of our property, and took his job very seriously. He was explaining to me that he approaches every job as though he were doing it for his family at his home. I appreciate that very much. He cleaned up very thoroughly, did not cuts any corners in the work, and left our house in better shape than when he arrived.

We would definitely hire Fielder Electric again to do any electrical work in the future. We trust Matt and his team completely and are honored and blessed to have found them.

These guys did a lot of work for me over the span of two days. They were professional, knowledgeable, and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to everybody!
