Got what I needed ... Good place.

Extremely slow service

Called for simple info and they just hung up saying "call you local distributor".

Called to ask for a simple wiring diagram, was told they only sell new motors, "go online and look it up". Terrible service.

Very rude and I don’t know how you stay in business with people like this. Unreal behavior!!!!!

Called twice and got hung up on! the third time somebody picked up but was very rude and screamed saying they're busy and will call me back and hung up once again!

I have no idea how someone that treats people the way they do on the phone is still in business. Unreal

I just tried to get information on an electric motor from the early 1900's made by this company. When asked if they had any information available the person i spoke with said "No we don't have any information try the internet" and promptly hung up the phone. I call that terrible customer service.

Called to get technical data on their product, was told to call back he was busy and they hung up. Called again to give them a second chance to help, same result and he said he was the owner. Hope that his parent company sees these reviews and pulls his product from him. Don't waste your time dialing their number.
