Great air conditioning installation, no issues for very good price!

TRULY A LIFE SAVER...they came out to our home twice in one day in a short span of hours to diagnose and solve a furnace problem causing our heat to not to shut off leaving our home at 90+ degrees. When the problem continued after the 1st visit they returned quickly a 2nd time taking time to expertly troubleshoot and find the root to our "constant heat" problem.

Our technician was very determined to solve our problem and didn't leave until he corrected the issue with our furnace unit. He even said he learned something new working on the older unit in our home. Our technician deserved the highest praise for going above and beyond to solve an issue we couldn't get a previous servicer to come out to check our unit out without being told we needed to pay a yearly membership fee+service fee. They said things had "changed" since we last used them in May 2020. A&A charged us a mireasonable total fee and did not charge us a 2nd time because he believed that was very fair since the problem had continued in the same day. The technician took pride in solving our issue and genuinely cared about resolving the issue properly. THANK YOU A&A!!! You're now a permanent contact in our phones for any future issues. We really appreciated your true care and concern for our houshold's well-being. Kudos to you!!!

I purchased 2 AC units for my home and was told they would email my my receipt and warranty. It’s been 2 months and I still have nothing. I have spoke with owner multiple times and he just says he will send and I still don’t have. I have 3 units and 2 were to be replaced, my upper floor and basement, my third AC unit was covered by home warranty and was being replaced already, however they replaced the wrong unit and won’t respond or fix problem. Now I have to file a report with police and better business bureau. Terrible business. DO NOT TRUST!
