Had AC issues in a surprise heat wave. Called and they had a technician out the next day to help diagnose the problem and attempt to resolve the problem. Sadly for me it wasn't a simple fix, but after the good experience went ahead and used them again for the installation to replace my AC and furnace. A few days later and the technicians arrived early in the scheduled window and went right to work. Interactions over all were smooth and painless and in the end I'm happy with their work.

Austin and Nick were great at doing our biannual service this spring. Very friendly and speedy. They liked my Paramore t-shirt. Highly recommend.

service technician Austin aways does a good job!

I called STL Heating and AC on Sunday at 3 pm. because our unit wasn't cooling.Mandy answered the phone and said that they could send a tech out. She asked me about ice . We went outside and the entire copper line was solid ice. I called her back. She said we'd have to wait until the next morning since the ice needed to melt. She told me to turn the thermostat off but run the fan. The next day Austin came out to diagnose the problem but everything checked out ok. After much detective work, he found that the motherboard was corroded. Many ordered the part the same day, gave me and estimate for part + expedited shipping+ labor. The part arrived 2 days later and Many had someone there the same day. Kevin was there within 30 minutes and installed it. I couldn't have been happier with the attention and service we received. I highly recommend STL Heating and AC. I will definitely use them again.
Mandy is a star. She goes above and beyond. The techs are knowledgeable and Austin was persistent in locating the problem.

Austin with St. Louis Heating and Air Conditioning was amazing. He diagnosed my A/C issue very quickly and the part arrived much sooner than expected, and as soon as it arrived he was right back to my house within 10 minutes to get it fixed quickly. He was also very kind and informative along the way.

They were able to schedule an appointment quickly and accommodate me by coming early enough I could still go to work that day. The technician, Austin, was very friendly and professional. He answered some other questions I had and gave advice on additional HVAC projects I may do in the future. Definitely will use them again.

My 1st experience with St. Louis Heating and Air was having them out to check a furnace for my client. The call was an emergency due to the freezing weather. They were at the home within an hour. My clients and I were very pleased and thankful for their fast response and great pricing.

My 2nd experience with this company for regarding a malfunction of my parents system. Austin was able to not only diagnose the issues, he also assisted the Spire technician who was sent out for a leak associated with their equipment as well by showing them exactly what was happening and where. The Spire technician was also very impressed and stated to me and my parents that Austin's diligence had saved him a lot of time and effort too! After the equipment was repaired by Spire, Austin continued with the additional issues found and cleared the system. Everyone was thankful for the extra mile this company goes through to provide fast, courteous and professional services! I highly recommend them to all my family, friends and clients!

Kevin the technician was thorough in his explanation of our options and didn’t try to sell us on anything. The office staff followed up with more information that helped us make the best decision. And the other Kevin who did our installation was hard working, efficient, showed and explained his work, made sure our questions were answered, and was a super nice guy. From start to finish we are glad we found this company.

We have now had both our Air Conditioner and Furnace replaced by St. Louis Heating and Air. Both experiences have been very professional and repair technicians presented us with fairly priced options to either repair or replace. High quality work was done for the installations and they fully cleaned up after themselves.

Annual service techs have been friendly and professional every time. Appointments are easy to schedule and emergency maintenance has been done promptly.

We are very happy with our service here and will continue to use them for all our heating and air conditioning needs.

We have had a great experience with STL Heating and Air- both last Winter when our old furnace wasn’t working and this Summer when our older AC unit went kaput. Both Austin and Kevin were professional, on time, explained everything thoroughly and were easy to have in our home. Mandy in the office is always kind, truthful and responsive. It’s been easy to be customer of theirs. Would recommend again.

AC went out over the weekend and they got the part on a Sunday. I picked it up and got some wiring tips and it worked out great. Awesome service!

I’m very glad that I did my research first! When I was looking for service on my newer AC, I read not so good things about the company I had my warranty for. However, I saw the exceptional reviews on Google for this place! I love that they updated me on my service window. Kevin came out and was professional, pleasant, thorough and knowledgeable. He got us back up and running again! The service call fee was a bit more than some others in the area but they probably earned that right. Overall I would definitely use them again.

Austin did a great job with ny AC tune-up. He was on time, friendly and efficient. I had a particularly dirty condenser which looks SO much better now! He walked me through some maintenance I can expect over the next year to help me get ahead of any major issues. I’m signing up for their monthly membership now!
