Our technician, Brent, is very knowledgeable and professional. He is always respectful of our time and manages his treatments around our busy schedule! We have not had any issues since he started taking care of our home! Can't say enough good things about Brent and Rottler!

I have had Rottler service for more than 5 years. All of the techs have been kind, courteous and very professional. Cat Morris, my current tech, is especially attentive to my need to keep my home as pest free as possible. Her reassuring attitude and effort in being thorough at every appointment is representative of top notch customer service. I have been with Rottler for more than 15 years, and I have always been satisfied with the service. Lance Gibbs has been my tech for many years now, and he is always polite and professional…along with relatable. He was especially amazing last summer, when we were infiltrated by ants very suddenly in our living room. He responded to my call promptly and delivered what he called “the nuclear treatment” around the circumference of the home along with the interior. Super effective!!!

Logan came out and gave us an estimate and Blake came out and removed a bird nest from our roof. The were quick to respond and courteous and communicated every step of the way. Very pleased.

I keep meaning to leave a review and keep forgetting.. We've had Rottler for years and at two different locations. I used to work in the hospitality industry and they serviced our hotels as well so it was an easy call to go with them and we've never been disappointed.

James Soest has been our technician for most of the year and he has been great to work with. We have a quick touch base on arrival to discuss any concerns or via text if my family is sick and we only want to do outside treatment. We rarely ever have any pest issues and if we do, he's always been a quick call or text away to discuss and address if needed. He is very knowledgeable, kind, courteous and quick!

I just started my service with Rottler recently. Andrew Poe was the technician for my initial service and he was great to work with. He explained what services were being provided, how to get in touch if anything came up between services and he was very friendly and polite through the entire process. I definitely appreciated his professionalism.

Rottler, and specifically Samuel (Sammy) Dominguez Valle, keeps bugs, critters, and all unwanted creatures, out and away from our home. Sammy is amazing - he is extremely thorough, knowledgable, and passionate about his work, but most importantly, he is incredibly kind. He always reassures me when I have a question, is quick to respond, and puts any nerves I have at ease. When we recently moved to a nearby house, I requested Sammy continue to be our technician, and Rottler was able to accommodate. Thank you for all you do!

Ricky Haring has been our tech for quite some time now and has done an outstanding job! He is quick to respond anytime we reach out and great at communicating when he will be servicing our property. Every single experience - the initial phone call, the inspection, the tech visits - has been incredibly positive. Everyone I’ve talked to at Rottler has treated me kindly and with care which has been greatly appreciated considering how completely crazy I assume I sounded. Very special thanks to Jeremy for fitting us into his tight schedule outside of his normal route. He patiently walked me through all of the details and his thorough work has been a huge help. Also special shoutout to Ryan who is our normal tech; he has checked in on us multiple times just to make sure things are going well and spot treat any little corners of concern. Very pleased with Rottler from the first phone call taking time to answer all our questions to each visit. Freddie is very thorough at each visit and explains what is being done every time. He is always courteous wearing booties over his shoes in the house (much appreciated) and always upbeat and polite. He cares about his job. Would definitely recommend.

Nate Terry is our technician and he actively listens to our questions and requests of where we would like to focus our extermination treatment, is respectful and kind.

Sam was so helpful and punctual. He gave me great advice on how to rid my house of spiders.

Brett was amazing! He came next day and did a very thorough inspection of roof and attic for possible wild life entry. The entrance to our attic is narrow and above stairs so it was not easy but he was able to get in and even took pictures to show me. I would 100% call for service again.
