If the Latty warehouse doesn't have what you need, then no one does. Plain and simple. The only time I've been unable to get parts was when it flooded, but what can you do against mother nature? Great store with great staff. Always my first choice for plumbing parts.

Not in order like other stores but i still go here when on a job in this area

HIGHEST PLACE IN TOWN! BASIC COMMERCIAL FAUCET STARTING AT $200 AND SOMETHING DOLLARS, WHEN THERE ARE COMPANIES LOCAL WITH PRICES AROUND $60 TO $100 HOW DOES THIS PLACE STAY IN BUSINESS!

Need had services by the company but today 1-15-19 one of there drivers on North Lindbergh at around 12:35 almost ran into the back of not once but twice. Hope you have up to date insurance. It was a white guy with a goatee or a low beard in his 30s. Please have your driver to slow down snow is everywhere and piled up on the sides of the road.

I called plumbers supply to confirm they had what I needed and the price. The employee said yes they had it. So after driving there and waiting outside for 25 min The guy brings me out the wrong material. I was very disappointed with my experience with them. Things like this have happened before with them as well. I don't like writing bad reviews but at times enough is enough.

I’ve been coming to Plumbers Supply for the past three years and have never had an issue pulling up my account or completing purchases. My orders are typically billed under a company account and have always been handled smoothly.

During my most recent visit, however, I was assisted by a representative named Tristan, who entered my purchase under the wrong account and then requested a credit card for payment. I explained that my purchases are billed through our established company account, but his response came across as dismissive and impatient. He stated that “all Walmart people pay with credit cards,” which isn’t accurate — several of my coworkers use this same account regularly without any problems.

When another associate stepped in, they immediately recognized my account and were able to process the transaction correctly without issue.

I’m not sure if this was a training issue or a customer service concern, but Tristan could improve his approach by being more attentive and respectful when assisting customers. A bit more patience and professionalism would go a long way toward creating a better experience.
