Excellent service from the first contact with the Mrs. to schedule the appointment (she thought of this great name) through Mr.'s visit. He was on time, explained the problem and repair, performed the repair which has held and was very pleasant. I will certainly hire them again.

Jason is always prompt, friendly, and has great prices for the work/advice he provides. I’ve hired Jason multiple times and I got nothing but the best quality and prices while coming out the same day.

I hired pipe it down to renovate my whole house. The service was/is professional, the owner is extremely knowledgeable and the work is very high quality. Also they happily did all the work for a fraction of other quotes. I highly reccomend this company! (And i usually only review for bad service)

We needed our water heater fixed and gave Pipe it down a call. They responded quickly, got to the bottom of the issue and went to work to get us back up and running! Very professional and friendly! Jason explained everything as the process went along. We will definitely call them if we have any future plumbing needs. We also HIGHLY recommend them to anyone else who may need their services!!!

It gives me great pleasure to share my experience with this company! Mr Jason Smith was my Plumbing Technician. He did an excellent job, on time very professional and very responsive! I highly recommend this company to anyone. There was a little hiccup but Mr Smith made sure I was the first one on his list this morning to correct the problem which was very minor. He assured me that he was going to make sure he the issue was resolved and he did just that before 9am this morning and it took him less than 10 mins to solved the issue! I had Jason out to my house today to replace my bathroom faucet. He was on time, super polite and friendly, the price was reasonable and the work was done well. He's my first choice for plumbing from now on.

Called Pipe It Down this morning as we had a utility sink in the laundry room that had a leak I could not fix. Jason came out at noon,same day, and installed new faucets I had bought and installed shut off valves on both water lines. He also re-installed the water line
fitting for the ice maker, as the old one didn’t work and didn’t meet code.

His work was good and his prices were fair plus he was a nice guy to work with. Would not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing work.

I had a whole house water filter/conditioner system that I wanted installed but was having a hard time finding a plumber. Even though it was different than what Jason was used to doing, he took the time to figure out how to do it properly. He was honest about his experience and pleasant to work with. Definitely glad I did not go with a huge company where the salesperson who bids the work is different from the person who actually does the job. I would call Pipe It Down again!

It is hard to find a good plumber. Pipe it Down Plumbing Solutions did an amazing job on my property. Jason was friendly and efficient. He was prompt and had affordable prices. He installed two faucets, two toilets, new water shut-offs, and helped repair a dripping tailpiece on another sink. I loved working with him and will be calling him in the future. Thank you!!!

If you are looking for service in your area, stay away from this company. Not only do they do a lousy job, but they are extremely defensive and rude. I had Jason fix my shower faucet and i paid him online. Couple days later after payment, when tenant moved in - we found out that he had installed the faucet wrong. Upon asking, instead of agreeing to resolve this issue together, he completed denied there being an issue at all and ignored all my messaged. Save yourself couple bucks and go with someone who is much more reliable. Worse service i have ever experienced.

Left a giant mess from drywall dust, as well as black sludge footprints in my (I have carpet in my place) and my downstairs neighbor's (he has all hardwood floors) apartments, the main stairwell and entryway (all carpeted), the steps to the basement, and finally black sludge water all over the basement floor, where we do laundry. None of the workers wore shoe coverings, and apparently Jason, the owner, expect his guys to take their shoes off, I guess so they could soak up the water with their socks. They were here to replace the old lead stacks in the plumbing with new PVC, they old replaced a part of it. They were supposed to do all 4 apartments in a 4-family flat, hopefully they will not be returning to do the other 2 apartments.

TL;DR Wouldn't recommend. See review from Jake Robinson also (my downstairs neighbor)
