Very professional and was able to fix my backflow at a reasonable rate.

Reached out via email, phone calls directed to email instead of talking to a person. Took multiple days to respond. Once received response, said he’d be here that day. Didn’t show. Reached out multiple times. After a week of no response, asked if we should find someone else and they responded yes. Terribly run company.
