Another company wanted to install a new ac system, Thompson's came out and was able to easily and quickly repair my existing 10 year old system. Absolutely outstanding service.

I was very happy with the Thompson Heating & Air. Diagnosed the issue quickly. Made the calls to verify if the faulty part was still covered under warranty. Once the part came in the part was replaced quickly.

I will definitely be calling Thompson for any HVAC issues we have in the future.

Unorganized

Well here we are almost a year to the day and our air conditioning is out again. The Trane unit was installed in 2018. Every year we had to call for service repair for the exact same problem. Even though we kept calling for the exact same problem they made sure to charge the service call and not fix the problem. They did tell us that if they weren’t there to hear the noise the unit was making that it was hard to diagnose the issue. After the service call the unit was making the same noise and I sent Wayne a video and he never responded. I asked awhile later if he had to to watch the video. He responded yes and I responded with “and??? Here we are today and he never responded and came home to a 90 degree home. We decided to call someone else and showed the video and they knew exactly what the issue is and will require warranty work. After reading one of the reviews on here about the issue in getting them to do warranty work, I have to wonder if that’s why I got no response. Everything was good in the beginning with the service we received in getting the new HVAC installed, but after that the service was horrible. This business came highly recommended and the people that recommended this company know what has happened with us and how everything has been handled and obviously will not be using this company. Word of mouth is usually how I operate with reporting good service or bad. This has been so bad, that four years later, I’ve decided to post this review. It’s very frustrating to spend your hard earned money and not have something so expensive not to work and come home from work after working outside in the heat to a hot house.
