Second time I've used Matheny in an urgent AC situation. The technician came out immediately, diagnosed the issue, got the part and fixed it all in a matter of hours. Can't recommend this company enough!

Matheny was great from start to finish. Jason was knowledgeable and pointed out ways to best approach the furnace/AC replacement, which also ultimately saved us money. Matheny also handles all of the rebates (if applicable), which is really nice.

The installers were both efficient and did a nice, clean installation. Matheny also offers a good range of products, which I appreciated as well. Overall fantastic experience - highly recommend!

Matheny heating and cooling provided my partner and I with exceptional customer service. They replaced my old failing AC unit and answered any follow up questions I had. Jake King was our point of contact and he was phenomenal to work with. He kept us within a reasonable budget, did not try to pressure us into replacing the entire HVAC system, and came out quickly when we had questions about the system. I highly recommend Matheny heating and cooling!

I was having issues with my air conditioner; and the company responded immediately, which I really appreciate in this heat! I called in the morning, and Kyle was out In early afternoon. He was able to quickly troubleshoot and address the problem. So cool air restored! Very satisfied. Cost was very reasonable and I now have the company in my Rolodex and will definitely use them again if necessary.

I highly recommend Matheny Heating & Cooling. They were responsive, offered options and gave me options for a future project. Just a few things I want to point out:
1: The employees come happy and with a smile
2: Communication is top notch
Calls and emails are responded to timely even if it’s to say ‘I got your message I’m still researching the answer.’
3: They left no mess
4: They took pride in their work
I would recommend them and I will be using their services again for preventative maintenance on my new furnace.

Well, we were in a bit of a jam with our home because we had a gas leak according to spire. I was impressed by how fast Matheny came out to alleviate the situation. The First technician. John was very hard-working and tried to get to the root of the problem . As I found out, gas leaks are hard to detect so he came out another time and still no resolution. Finally, we had some success with another technician Andy and he and John spoke and figured out a solution to the gas leak. I do appreciate their persistence and ability to accommodate a resolution. it was not an easy task since we were dealing with so many different opinions from the gas company.

From my first phone call till the end of repair was a very pleasant experience. My appointment was set quickly, technician was on time and was a better price than most places. Chad was my technician, very professional and answered all my questions. I will be using Matheny Heating from now on.

Recently had to have furnace and ac system replaced. Jake was knowledgeable, quick to respond to texts and phone calls and very kind. Work crew was top notch. Left my home as they’d found it. Turn around for estimate and replacement was 24 hours. Unbelievable really. Highly recommend Matheny.

I had two other companies come out but was less than impressed with their hard sales pitch and attitude. Matheny was recommended by a family member so I had them come out. They were great! Explained everything without being condescending. They sent three bids and explained the pros and cons of all three. They were able to schedule very quickly and installation was very smooth and they cleaned up everything afterward. A very good experience!

They were able to send a technician out within hours. Andy was friendly and knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Would use them again if the need arises.

Quick response time. John was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the age and condition of different parts. He avoided unnecessary repairs and let me know what to expect for future repairs if more problems come up.

We have used Matheny Heating and Cooling for 20 years. Andy has been to the house several times helping us nurse along our old HVAC system. He is always polite, prompt, professional and efficient. They do a great job, very reliable, and I highly recommend their services.

Awesome experience. My AC was not working properly….called in and was able to get someone out same day and get it repaired. Everyone was as extremely friendly and tech that came out was not only friendly but knowledgeable. Will be using them for all my HVAC needs
