I had a very clogged kitchen sink Baldwin came out and fixed it with in an hour and also took it upon them selves to check my drain clean out! Very thankful!

Amazing service! He found out what was wrong with my water heater when he came out to fix a leaking pipe. The well pump reservoir was old and needed replaced. My water pressure is way higher now and I'm happy the my wellhouse is no longer damp and leaking! I would have given 4 stars only for the fact that it was difficult to get a date set in place so I felt that communication was delayed. But I also work in a basement with no phone service and he did try to call me a few times to set the date. So it was no fault of his. All in all he was super helpful and showed my dad all the ropes for making sure the wheelhouse stays nice and toasty this winter. Thank you!

We had a leak in our bathroom Plumbing plus we needed a seal for the toilet. The plumbers were excellent and very knowledgable! The rates were really good too! We are very happy. We need to have more work done later and will definately call them!

We had a sink blockage, called and left a message the evening before, and they called back the next morning. They were very busy with the cold weather, but came and fixed it by the afternoon. Very thankful for their quick service!

Was there for 30 seconds. Says can't fix it and go get some pvc pipe.

Did not return call for help with a plumbing leak

Does not service what he sells. Installed a water heater with warranty. It started going out every day. His crew came out and said it was working now but they would order a part. We were having to relight it daily . A year later now, still haven't heard from them. We had to have it replaced by someone else in the mean time.

Sent his lackies to fix my stool that was plugged up, I have had a problem every since, had to be shimmed , leaks like a Sieve, never got it fixed I am looking for a dependable honest plumber again and it is not baldwin!!! Wouldn't hire them to work on my out house. Price was ridiculous
