I’m sure this time of year is super busy for them, but they were out within four hours of me calling. He even gave me a one hour warning so I could get home and put up the dogs!

Super kind and understanding, and he did timely, good work- my house is running cold again! I don’t trust the company that my home warranty refers me to, so I’m very happy to have found these gentlemen!

Matt arrived on time and was, as always, professional and kind. We have an issue with our main switch and he was more then generous by coming out and switching the system so we were able to run the Air Conditioner. Get Er Done HVAC is our go to and will continue to be the number we call.

Matt is the best! We have used Get er Done HVAC a few times since living in our home. 4 years ago we bought a new AC unit. They squeezed us in a very busy time and the price was reasonable. Today I called for an issue and they were out there within a couple of hours and solved the problem! They are always prompt with their responses, fair, and provide wonderful customer service.

I’ve been using this company for years. They are efficient, timely, and affordable. It gives me great peace of mind knowing I can call them with all of my HVAC needs. Always friendly and professional and take the time explaining the problem and solution. Will always recommend for all HVAC needs!!

It’s been a few weeks but right during the big heat wave we had, our AC went out. We called and they were out within the hour (even though I’m sure they had a lot of other calls they were responding to as well). Turns out one of our units was just filthy. I thought I had checked it so when he told me that, I asked him to show me exactly what and where to look for next time. He also took the time to clean the other unit even though it wasn’t too bad. He was very professional and I was incredibly happy with their service!

Matt from Get Er Done came out the same day I called when other HVAC competitors were wanting multiple days to perform the service. It was just frozen up but everything checked fine and was working normally so he didn’t even do a service charge.

My heat went out Sunday night the 26th of January. My home was very cold 60 degrees. I called Matt and he came out looked at it Monday morning and decided that due to the age of my furnace and the cost of the parts it would be better to replace it. Matt immediately got on it, got a replacement for me and got it installed very quickly. Matt gave me the cost of what it was going to cost and when I received the bill it was not a penny over that.I greatly appreciate that! This team is very polite, professional and knowledgeable of what needs to be done. Lucas explained everything and answered all of my questions. I am so thankful for them. I would recommend them to anyone. Matt and Lucas thank you so very much for everything!

I’ve used Matt a couple times now for my HVAC needs, including getting a new system installed. He is always super fast at responding & getting out to take care of things. His prices are great & he always gets the job done right. I highly recommend him.

They did an awesome job with great pricing. Matt the owner came to see what we needed and Lucas came the following day to install it. So very fast and the best price we found.

My cooling system was not working properly and I only noticed when the temperature started to rise in the house late one night. I called Get Er Done the next morning and they had a technician at my house checking and repairing my system within an hour of the phone call. I was really impressed with how timely and professional the service was. They got the system working again in no time. I got a full brief of what went wrong and there wasn't any overcharging, or up selling, and most importantly I wasn't charged any ridiculous emergency fees. I received great service that was honest and professional. I will definitely be calling them again.

Called Matt at 8:30am Saturday because we had no heat. Matt responded and was at our house within a couple of hours and had our heat restored by 11:30 am. Very reasonable rates and professional. We’ll be using them from now on!

Amazing company! I’ve had issues even getting HVAC companies to call me back let alone get an appointment. Our AC quit working on a Friday afternoon and Matt came out Saturday morning and took care of everything! Great company, great service, I would recommend these guys every time!

Super hot day on a super hot week. Our condenser unit stopped running. With the weather situation they were booked out for 2 days, but I agreed to pay the emergency fee. Lucky for me he was in my neighborhood and was here within 15 minutes. Fortunately it was the capacitor, and he had it swapped in minutes. He didn't charge me the full fee because it was quick and easy, and he was close by.
I highly recommend Get R Done. They are the best HVAC in town from my experience!

Matt took the time on Christmas Eve day to come by our house that we just purchased and hadn’t even moved into yet, to look at our system. His company put it in 2 years ago and that’s all he needed to hear. Came by, was knowledgeable and professional. Found the issue and taught us about our set-up. We just moved here and it is awesome to see a local business like this. Also our house has gotten warmer as I’m writing this!

Matt dispatched on the same morning as called, and replaced a burnt out capacitor within 5-10 minutes after arrival. Courteous, extremely professional, and all-around pleasant experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Changed a thermostat on Saturday due to it failing. The new thermostat said it was compatible with our system. After changing it out and following the instructions, we had nothing but hot air blowing from the system. I submitted a request for service to Get Er Done HVAC at approximately 11:00 -1159 pm that night.
Before I woke up Sunday morning, I had received a text from Matt Sergent requesting information on our system. After about 30-40 minutes of troubleshooting, he pointed us in the right direction on the new thermostats programming. This solved our issue.
With the following week forecasting 90 plus degree temps we couldn’t be more grateful. THANK YOU again Matt.

The easiest people to deal with that I have ever encountered. They are prompt, courteous, friendly, and professional. Appointments are easy to make, and service is almost immediate. Great experience with these guys! Came quickly on a Saturday to fix our AC, quick fix and reasonable prices. Matt responds quickly and gets the job done. Knowledgeable and gives tips to make sure things are done properly to ensure long working units.
