Climate Masters completed the entire HVAC system for my 6000 sq.ft. historical renovation house in 2022. They were organized, communicative, and overall extremely professional from the back office staff to the installers. With any project, issues occur, and Climate Masters personnel handled them with aplomb. Since the install, they've been more than collaborative in handling maintenance concerns and post-install updates. I HIGHLY recommend Climate Masters for any big or small projects.

We had a split system at our house that Climate Masters had installed 22 years ago. It finally bit the dust, and Climate Masters gave us a fair bid and a great installation on a replacement system. They were responsive and showed up promptly to install the equipment, and the work happened fast and neat. Couldn't be happier!

We were recommended Climate Masters services from family. When they came to the house Austin listened to what we were wanting and walked us through options for replacing our failing AC and aging furnace. He thoroughly handled our questions. The entire install was quick and that included installing a humidifier which we are excited to test out this winter. They were able to have the AC working with little downtime, a bonus with temperatures in the 100’s that day. Everyone we talked to during the process was friendly and helpful. We have been very happy with everything. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending their services.

Never mind that they had the best price — their installation crew worked in a downpour to install our air conditioner and got it done quicker than they had projected. Climate Masters has replaced our full HVAC system, and installation was, at least for us, a piece of cake. And we’ve heard the outside worker did eventually dried out.

We had a great experience with Climate Masters in installing our attic air conditioning unit and basement unit. Our original attic unit was nearing end of its lifespan and was not in an easy location to service. They did an excellent job and there was clear communication every step of the way!

I've used Climate Masters in Webster Groves for years. They recently replaced my central Air conditioner, coil on the furnace, and breaker.
Their Techs arrived timely, the installation went smoothly, and we had no issues. The cost was well within industry prices and because the installation was out of season, I received a nice savings.

Climate Masters did a fantastic job installing our new system in our house. They were professional and very easy to work with in getting us what we wanted. Climate Masters offered options for several different units to install at different price-points and qualities, they worked with us on financing, and got the job done MUCH faster than anticipated. They did all that we could ask for and I highly recommend them!

Climate Masters has installed complete HVAC systems in 2 of the previous homes that we have owned, so when the system in our current home died a few weeks ago, I naturally called them again. They were able to get my new system installed with only a 3 day wait in spite of it being mid July and even provided a loaner window unit for our bedroom to hold us over until they could install. The installation technicians were very courteous and didn’t leave a trace of dirt or debris when they left. We would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a new system for their home.

Scott and Ethan installed a mini split unit in our new addition. They were professional, courteous, and did a great job! They were even able to center the inside unit on the wall. They left our home clean like they were never there.

We just changed over from using window units to central air. Very happy with Climate Masters!! They worked with us to choose what was best for us when installing the duct work. They are efficient, neat and really know their stuff! We mainly worked with owner, Doug and installer, Scott. If you’re going to have work done by them, ask for Scott, he’s awesome!

Climate Masters has become our go-to HVAC company. A few years ago they added a second zone AC to our old house which had previously only had one. Recently we used them to replace the 15+ year old main AC and furnace. We've been happy with every interaction we have had with them, from the kind lady we talk to on the phone to the service technicians, to those who have walked us through bids. We trust them to be honest and recommend the best course of action for repairs/replacement. We heartily recommend them.

We've had multiple projects done w/ Climate Masters. They installed a split zone AC unit for us and replaced our AC for the main house. They also replaced our gas furnace w/ electric and added a heat pump. Very professional the whole time, no install issues, coordinated with our electrician with no problems. Very satisfied and will go to them for any future projects we may have.

When our AC went out this past June we called Climate Masters. Not only did the owner of the company come out and gave us our estimate. Unlike other estimates we received Tom took the time to sit down and do the math and advise us on what our home needed to maintain a comfortable environment. We received solutions to cool and heat areas of our home that had previously were always too warm or too cold. The others took a quick look and made no effort to consult with us. Just matched the specs of what was previously installed. I cannot recommend climate masters enough!

Climate Masters did an amazing job installing my new HVAC system. They were quick to respond to my initial inquiry and got the job done two weeks later, finishing everything in one day. They were extremely professional and left my house sparkling clean when they left. Additionally, I was upgraded to a newer/nicer AC unit at no additional cost. Our A/C stopped working during the peak summer heat, a tech from Climate Masters came out within an hour of calling them. He identified and fixed the problem quickly. They didn't try to up sell me, just replaced the part and got us running again. Professional and timely operation.

Our 30+ year-old unit finally gave out on us at the beginning of June and Climate Masters was able to get our new HVAC installed within a week despite their busy season. Tom (owner) was thorough and explained our options, Doug (owner) was helpful in getting us scheduled as quickly as possible and Scott and his team were wonderful on the installation -- great communications, very friendly and work was meticulous. Climate Masters installed air conditioning in our 100-year-old house 26 years ago and did a great job, and when it came time to replace it we didn’t hesitate to go back. And they did another great job, from Tom Becker working with us to design our new system – we went with a heat pump – to scheduling and installation. The guys who installed the system were terrific. They installed both the compressor (outside) and the air handler (inside) with a minimum of disturbance and left everything neat and clean. We don’t hesitate to recommend Climate Masters – in fact, we recommended them to our neighbors and Climate Masters is next door installing their system now.

I contacted Climate Masters for a quote to replace my 20+ year old AC unit. I was only looking for a quote to budget for the large purchase over the next year or so. Doug came out listened to all of my questions and concerns. He then answered everything and put together a quote that was very reasonable. He didn’t use any hard sell tactics or try to close me immediately he understood why I was looking for the quote and gave me the best times to move forward with the purchase and the discounts I could expect by doing it in the off season. In the end I decided to move forward immediately because the quote was reasonable and I enjoyed working with the team. The install was very smooth. Had I not been in the house I would have never known the team had been here except I now have a very nice new unit. Everything was completed to the highest standard and very professional. I can not recommend Climate Masters enough. Very happy with the work they did.
