Butler Heating and Air has gone above and beyond for us. We have a Trane unit in our house on three different zones and it’s highly efficient. If there’s an issue their tech team is quick to assist any problem.

I have been using BHA since I moved to West Plains 4 years ago. The annual service contract is cost effective and done as scheduled each year. When emergency service is needed, the response is quick and repairs are made in a timely manner to get my unit back in service. All associates from the front office to the front lines are courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend BHA for all HVAC needs.

Everyone at Butler Heating & Air was very nice and helpful. They got our air fix quickly and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. We will have them back to ready our unit for winter this fall. We couldn't be happier with the service we got.

Our house was hit by lightning and a fire resulted in our geothermal unit. Butler heating and air responded immediately and started working on it. They had to replace the entire unit and the owner himself came out multiple times to insure all was going well. The work was perfect and lots of pride was shown to make sure everything was as it should be. The caring and professionalism was just amazing. This is how all business's should operate! I could not think of a single thing they needed to improve upon. Good, honest folks that do what they say they are going to do!
