West Electric installed a mini split air conditioning system in my home and accomplished it in just a few days. The men were very professional, explained their work in a way I could understand. Most importantly they stayed within their bid, no surprises. Thank you West Electric!

Came out after we had a blown capacitor on our well pump, they diagnosed the problem and had it fixed very fast. Had them back for a furnace checkup and they came out the same day. Highly Recommend.

I wish I could give a 10 star review. I could write a book of the amazing customer service that I have received from West. Had a boiler go out and they came in and installed a temporary water heater until the new boiler came in.
Had a water leak later and they came within 30 minutes after I called on a Friday afternoon. Long story short, they stayed until 9pm and get the leak fixed and got all
the water out before they left.
Everyone that I have had contact with has been professional and has been more than accommodating.
Amazing customer service and they will be go to for any future needs.

Priced out mini splits and ther price beat all of the other estimates. They were efficient, pleasant and timely with installation and have had no issues in the two years I have had them.

Our office building had new HVAC units installed and when one of them failed they were responsive in getting to the work immediately and restoring heat.

West Electric responded within the hour our furnace went out on a Sunday evening. I couldn’t have been more impressed with the response speed and the efficiency in which they worked. They genuinely care about their customers and give very fair pricing. West Electric earned a customer for life for me and my family.

Under no circumstances should you use this shop if you value strong unions. This contractor regularly uses unqualified electrical apprentices working alone as stand-in journeyman/foreman. Under local 233 and the Montana Electrical Joint Apprenticeship & Training Committee, no apprentice is allowed to work alone before 4 years and 4 weeks of training. Any apprentice working alone before this accrued time is a major safety concern not only to themselves but also to others around them. Apprentices before this time are also unable to make the judgment that the work they performed is up to state code and done correctly. As of the time of this review, 12/14/2024 West Electric does not employ any such electrical apprentices that are at the 4 year 4 week milestone and actively uses their apprentices as journeyman/foreman.
Edit - as of two months ago local 233's buiseness agent Jackie McBroom rated 5/5. (Assumingly boosting the ratings) Jackie McBroom was knowingly complacent in these breeches of safety and professionalism. Further exasperating the issues within local 233.
