Absolutely amazed at how quickly and efficiently these gentlemen completed this job!! They were finished in half the time I thought they would be here. Courteous,confident, and expert!! They cleaned up after themselves and took all debris with them. I have no mess to clean up! I have only had it for an hour but already it is much cooler in my house! Thank you Apollo Heating and Air ! I am overjoyed with my choice!!

Had my heating go out in the Winter and Apollo came out promptly and set up my new furnace. Mike helped me pick out a furnace that was best for my house then Wayne and Johnny came and installed my furnace and explained how to use it and what maintenance it needed.

Sam did a great job of answering questions and explaining the checks he was performing to ensure my system was working properly and efficiently. He also identified potential work needed and offered solutions without being pushy.

Great experience today with Apollo. The tech was easy to work with, prompt, had good customer service skills and fixed our heating unit in a matter of hours. Where other companies were so focused on upselling us to replace it, he fixed it at a fraction of the cost. Would 10/10 recommend to others.

I was looking for a company that could come out same-day to look at my furnace when my current company couldn’t, and, after looking at Apollo‘s reviews, I went with them. They sent Brandon out, who was not only professional and thorough, but a heck of a nice guy. I was so impressed that I signed up for their yearly service plan at a very decent price. Really surprised me to have such a positive experience!

Jacob did a great job of diagnosing the issues, finding the part, checking if it was under warranty (it was), and getting the fix in quickly. He stayed late so that our family had a well running furnace and I'm very grateful. Good experience.

We are very pleased with the expertise and professionalism displayed by everyone we worked with in December, 2025 from the maintenance technician, the sales rep, to the installation team for our new HVAC system. The MUD inspector came yesterday and said his job is made easier by a quality installation.

I wrote a huge review that didn't post. I will just say that Terry and Chase did an outstanding job. Spent over 11 hours installing a new furnace and AC. Made sure everything was up to code which included drilling new holes in our wall outside, replacing PVC, duct work, and redoing all the electrical. The system we had was mismatched and the previous owners didn't have anything done to code. I was wlaked through the entire system at the end even though they had a seriously long day he made sure I knew everything and amswered all my questions. Apollo is always outstanding. Everytime I use them I am impressed and this was no different. I can't recommend them enough.

I was a bit hesitant because Donovan Bros had been servicing my unit since it was installed years ago. It is my understanding they merged with Apollo when I called for my winter service maintenance. Charles was very personable and did a detailed thorough inspection and I was pleased with their service.

Charles did an awesome job performing my furnace maintenance. He was kind, professional, and took the time to explain what he was doing throughout the entire process. It’s clear he knows his craft, and I appreciated the transparency and attention to detail. I’d gladly have him out again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work.

I was hesitate about switching to a new vendor after being with Donovan Brothers for 15+ years. I was very impressed with the customer service. Brandon was excellent! He took his time checking out loud furnace and explaining his finds. We will be staying with Apollo.

Apollo Heating and Air is a great company! Brandon and Tristin came out to do duct cleaning and service our system. They were friendly, timely, and professional. They were also very accommodating to our schedule and showed a lot of respect for our personal needs during their time at our house. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Our recent HVAC repair was done by Taylor N. With Apollo Heating & Air Conditioning out of Glenwood, IA. During our annual fall maintenance check, he discovered that our system was not set up properly or working like it should. He adjusted our furnace blower fan and figured out that our current thermostat was allowing our heat pump and furnace to run simultaneously during heating which is not a good thing. When he returned a week or so later to fix the issue, Taylor did a great job, was very thorough, and took the time to ensure our new thermostat and temp sensor were working properly with our system. He was very professional, courteous, and efficient. We especially appreciate how he took time to answer our questions, explain everything he did, and ensure we knew how to operate the new thermostat. We definitely recommend Apollo.

I had a blower motor go bad in my 29yr old furnace and had used Apollo in the past so I called them to check out the furnace. Mike arrived and diagnosed the problem and told me that not only the blower motor was bad but the compressor was also going bad. He could fix then both but it was special order parts and would cost more than the furnace was worth. He then set up a meeting with Mike D on a Monday morning and gave me a quote after looking at my furnace and duct’s. I have always had problems with some rooms that are hot and some that are cold. He recommended to replace the duct work and install a variable speed furnace along with the A/C and had a humidifier replaced. I took his advise and went with his suggestion. The install took place on Wednesday morning. Charles and Wayne arrived at 8am, started on the tear out and install working thru lunch and in the rain. After they finished, they showed me how to use the furnace. When Charles and Wayne finished they cleaned up, swept the floor and left me a spare air filter. These two guys are amazing, very professional and a pleasure to talk with. Now the whole house is warm and no hot or cold rooms. I highly recommend Apollo because of the professionalism of everyone and the neat installation of the furnace and A/C.

We had a fall inspection scheduled and it was determined, after a thorough going over everything, our furnace was dangerous to run so it was shut down. Everything was thoroughly explained to us and options offered. We chose to visit with a rep that same afternoon and felt very comfortable chosing a replacement HVAC system. Terry and Chase were able to come out the next day and both were very professional and knowledgeable, explaining everything, answering questions and going over the furnace, new thermostat and ac with us. Also they left no mess. Wouldn't even know they had done so much work. We are so glad we called Apollo. We are so appreciative of what Terry and Chase did for us.

I had a great experience with the heating and cooling system installation. The crew was exceptional—on time, respectful, and very knowledgeable. They explained the process clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. The quality of their work really shows. I would absolutely recommend them.

As a new member of Apollo's HVAC maintence program I am extremely pleased to have made the switch. I have been fortunate to experience the prompt service, professionalism and expertise of Charles, a valuable asset to the Apollo HVAC technician crew. 3 weeks ago he replaced my nearly 30 year old thermostat with a new one and yesterday morning he expertly troubleshot my A/C not cooling due to a faulty contactor switch. I was extremely delighted with the prompt response and swift and high quality resolutoon to my issues. Thank you Charles and thank you Apollo. You have a new, loyal customer. Keep maintaining these high standards that set you apart from all others in the Omaha metro area!!!!!

Outstanding! From the initial call for service to the completed installation of our new system everything was absolutely outstanding. Our installation crew were top notch professionals. They were courteous, mindful, polite and professional. They arrived on time, went straight to work and finished well ahead of schedule. Before leaving, they walked me through operating the new system, showed how to do preventative maintenance and insured everything was to my liking. 10/10 experience! Thank you!

Apollo Heating & Air Conditioning did a replacement HVAC installation a few months ago at our home here in Glenwood. They did a follow up courtesy maintenance check this week. The day of the appointment they notified us 15 minutes ahead of when they'd arrive within in the prearranged timeframe. Their technician was respectful and efficient. When he'd completed his inspection, he met with us and explained the process and results. Our experience with Apollo both with the replacement installation and this follow up maintenance check were excellent.

Jacob performed our annual heating system maintenance and did a fantastic job. He arrived on time, put on shoe covers, and immediately went to work. Super friendly and polite. Found no issues with out system but did find a large piece of paper from the air filter I had put in that was caught in the fan. Also informed us of a possible leak in our water heater, which we will get checked out. Really appreciated that heads up! Highly recommend this company!
