I can't say enough great things about this company. He came out and was very thorough and professional. He didn't act rushed at all; mind you this was when the heat index was above 110. When he found the problem, we talked about our options, pricing, and when it could be done. The work he did was excellent. He went above and beyond. We will not go anywhere else for our heating and air conditioning problems or systems.

Eron provided the most thorough and efficient inspection that I have ever experienced. I even learned new things about how my system works that no one had ever taken the time to explain to me!

He was also fixed a temperature sensor that no other company was even willing to troubleshoot in the past.The level of professionalism and knowledge is unbeatable, I highly recommend this company for any work you need done on your heating or cooling system.

Eron is trustworthy, thorough, and a professional hard-worker. His checkups are very thorough and he always consults and shares and takes the time to explain to me who is not as knowledgeable everything that he does and what the conditions are. My AC needed a new part. It was from the original unit. He changed it immediately and the price was really reasonable. I would recommend Ibarra heating and cooling for all your checkups and needs.

I live in an apartment building in Bellevue, very near Old Town, and like that part of Bellevue, my apartment complex is much older than I was previously led to believe. That in and of itself, presents problems with maintenance. I have had to have a new AC unit installed last year and for the past week, the heating part of the unit was not up to par! I notified the management and this morning Mr. Ibarra showed up, tool bag in hand! Mr. Ibarra was great in so many ways! His smile was genuine, and his handshake was firm. He was polite, efficient, and quite knowledgeable, asking me pertinent questions about what has gone before and giving me honest answers and feedback about the work done prior to his presence. He handled, fixed and repaired all that was wrong, or done wrong to my unit, and narrated step by step what was necessary to do and what he has to do to get all back in line. He was careful, patient and quick!
His work ethic is strong and his work habits are consistent and reliable! I would hire this man and his company to do any work of this nature, and I highly recommend him to all who need any heating and cooling work upcoming!
