Highly recommend! Chris, the owner and service guy, was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He came out at short notice and gave straightforward answers when he could have tried to get me to spend more money. He was open in communication. His staff were also friendly and helpful. Its nice to work with a down to earth, locally-owned small business. We will definitely call him for future HVAC needs.

Came out and trouble shot the initial problem quickly. During the check after, another problem was found, and options were discussed opposed to pushy sales pitch. We got our unit fixed the right way and at a reasonable price. We have found our HVAC guy from here on out. Exceptional all the way around.

Chris was here as quick as I said I thought something was wrong. It didn't take him long to diagnose the furnace issue, which lined up with what I had researched and thought it might be. He provided reasonable pricing for both options to resolve the issue. And didn't try to oversell me. The next day, he and Justin were in and out with my new furnace install. And Justin even shoveled my walkway out front. Nice guys, fantastic work, knowledgeable, thorough and quick. I recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs! Thanks again!!

After hours on a Sunday evening to get heat to my home for my family! Chris responded and showed up in 15 minutes less than 2 hours we were set up. Thank you will definitely recommend in the future.

Chris was great. Arrived on time, made a quick diagnosis, and gave me options. Did not feel pressured and he was able to replace our system same day. This was our second time using Keats and we highly recommend!

My furnace was not kicking on... I called and Chris was over within the hour and was able to get it running. Cleaned the sensors and there is a part that needed to be ordered and ordered it the next day. Called me to let me know the part was in stock and wanted to schedule a time to come put it in before the cold weather really sets in. Very dependable, reliable, and professional. He will.most definitely be my go to for any future heating and air needs.

This company was quick, honest and affordable. I had multiple questions before I wanted to set an appointment and they walked me through them to make sure I needed service. I recently used Keats Heating and Cooling with My A/C unit. We had absolutely no running A/C and we were calling seems like dozens of other Heating and Cooling business. We kept getting the same answer "we can be out in two or three days"! I have 4 children one 8 months old, this was not an option. Finally found Keats Heating and Cooling. Not only did Chris agree to come to look at it but literally dropped everything he was doing and came directly to our home. He had us up and running within 2 hours of calling him. The pricing was great. The service even better. We have decided to hire Keats Heating and Cooling to install a whole new unit next spring. Amazing Company, amazing service, great quality work. I am for sure a lifetime customer!

Excellent service. I called them to get whole house humidifier installed. I could get an appointment fast. Chris showed up by the exact appointment time. He is such a wonderful person. Explained well how everything works. Very courteous. Reasonable pricing and super fast. I highly recommend Keats heating and cooling.

He was straight forward, explained things in language we understood, and didn’t try to sell us on a system beyond what we needed! Jennifer & Chris are SUPER responsive and work hard to meet the needs of their customers. We've used Keats for a couple of years for routine system checks and maintenance. Chris recommends what's needed to keep the system in optimal shape without up-selling. Recently we decided that a new system was required for our home. Keats recommended the right sized system and a fair price AND installed the system with a few days. Chris worked well into the evening to ensure the new system was installed and optimized. He left the work area cleaner that when he started! I highly recommend this small, locally owned HVAC company. If there was 6 stars they'd deserve them!

Chris was at our door less than 15 minutes after I called about a AC check up. An hour later, we were chatting in my already cooling kitchen.
