I would recommend Nebraska Heating & Air to anyone who needs repairs to, or replacement of, their heating or cooling systems. The staff is super friendly and the techs are professional yet easy to talk to. They, both staff and techs, make sure you understand what you need and what options you have. VERY pleased with their service!

We have had the absolute worst luck with our heat pump, to no fault of Nebraska Heating and Air! The problem has continued over a period of a couple of years. They stuck with us, figured out the problem and most importantly, FIXED it! They dealt with my frustration and helped us through the process of figuring out it was a defective unit. These guys know their stuff! My very old and outdated HVAC died in the middle of the summer heat when we needed it most. John and his crew took care of everything with finding affordable solutions, quick turnaround times, and providing very clear and honest opinions. Even when all the parts arrived to start the job, one item had been damaged and the replacement part that was used would have cost me more, but John helped us and was kind enough to "eat the cost" of the part. His team is very kind, effective, and knowledgable in their work. I'm very grateful for the care they've taken during my home's time of need and will be continuing to do business with Nebraska Heating & Air!
