Roger went above and beyond, fixed my leaking garbage disposal and then took measures to make certain it wouldn’t be a problem in the future.

Showed up same day and got my hot water heater running!

Quick service and problem resolved. Slight issue with the leakage on the steps which I sure you are aware of. No worriesp since they needed to be shampooed anyway. Courteous and timely service.

They were professional, on time, and easy to work with. We have used their services for the last several years and have always been pleased with their work.

My thermostat went out in my house and the replacement had to be special ordered so I went to one of the big HVAC companies in town to see if they could order me a replacement or at least talk about other options. The owner/manager wouldnt even step out of his office, which was 5 feet away, to talk to me. He told the receptionist ''just tell him to order one on Amazon'. So I called Dave at Hawks P & H. Dave went absolutely above and beyond to find me a replacement thermostat THAT DAY at a MUCH cheaper price than Amazon. Dave has been my elderly mothers HVAC guy for years and she absolutely loves him too. Dave I cant thank you enough! You will ALWAYS have my business.
