Our experience was very positive. We got next day service and great communication from customer rep and the plumber who serviced our home. Everything was as advertised and explained well. I was a little surprised by the cost, for a fairly simple job, with the service added to the call out fee. But it is in line with any other plumbing service we've had previously.
Overall, I'd recommend Big Birge ahead of any others we've used over the years.

Both service calls were excellent. The pricing was reasonable, especially given Dennis’s experience of over forty years. He was very patient with me explaining various random plumbing-adjacent issues in our house. He took the time to explain the cause of each problem and how much it would cost to repair without pressuring me to purchase a solution immediately. He also gave me tips on how to handle a couple smaller issues myself.

We had a clogged kitchen sink that we could not remedy on our own. I called Big Birge Plumbing and made an appointment. They got us on their schedule right away. They were kept in touch about when they would arrive and were right on time. Ben was our plumber. He let us know what he was doing, what it was correcting, and how to prevent further problems with our sink. Once everything was complete he double checked everything and cleaned up his work area. I highly recommend Big Birge Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

Big Birge added an extra water hose outlet for us. It was a smaller type job that didn't take Dennis H. much time to do it, but it was very nice to know that even with a small job, Big Birge did excellent work.
