Great, friendly service! Dependable and prompt. I liked that I was able to discuss current issues with our system and new systems (since I know nothing and ask a lot of questions). It's helpful to not have to call multiple places since they can't do both. Thanks for everything!

We highly recommend Southwick Liquid Waste. My wife and I lived in town for 21 years before deciding to move to the country. We always had a water softener, but no experience with how that might affect a septic system. We had water standing on top of the ground in the lateral field and thought our system had failed. Jason asked how often our water softener was cycling/discharging and suggested we adjust it before doing anything else. We changed the cycle, still had soft water and the excess water problem went away. We were prepared to put in a new system - Jason's advice saved us thousands of dollars!

Had an exceptional experience with Southwick Liquid Waste. They replaced our tank and installed the new one properly. The prior issue we had was due to an incorrect tank installation in 2007 by another septic company. Southwick was prompt and installed the tank and cleaned up all the dirt work afterwards! System works extremely well now.

Living on an acreage, we have unique sewer and drain issues. Southwick Liquid Waste arrived promptly, addressed the issue and fixed the problem. Their personnel are very professional, attentive and thorough. Thanks.

The whole crew is beyond helpful! My husband and I have been trying to get our septic checked and pumped for awhile. A company in our county kept dragging out when they could be her but Southwick made the effort to come out our way relatively quick! Jason and Paul know their stuff & Jamie is so helpful with scheduling & any extra questions.

Can't say enough good things about Southwick Liquid Waste and Bill who pumped our septic tank recently. Great response after I called and Bill was there the next day. Bill is a delight and meeting him was worth the entire experience. He did a great job and we couldn't be more pleased.
