Our family continues to work with Bill's. Great package deals that take good care of your equipment and educate you on how to make your investment last. Always had friendly service team members from the after hours phone line person to the staff that comes to work on equipment. I won't use anyone else. Keep up the good work and thanks for all you do.

I am so thankful to Bill's for promptly returning my call and setting up an appointment the next morning. My AC went out and it was unusually hot in May and my house was 91 degrees. More then I could take..they gave me estimates within a couple hours and said they could install a new AC as soon as the next day. That was a game changer. Curtis U. was so professional and courteous and so friendly they showed up the next morning told me how long it would take and they were done right on time. The install guys Curtis journeyman and Brandon H. were thorough and professional and just did an amazing job. I have and will continue to recommend Bill's to everyone your team is fantastic thanks for helping me cool down.

Tim came this morning and wanted to check to make sure we needed the repair that was scheduled. He determined that a different repair was necessary and told us he would make arrangements to get the proper parts and let us know when they could be installed. Tom did a very good job and was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Great company! It was a hundred degrees out today and Bill’s was able to get to my house with in 5 hours to fix my AC. No waiting list. Very quick, professional and efficient service. Thanks guys!

Our serviceperson, Curtis, was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to resolve a complex issue with our AC unit and get it running again for a reasonable price. Would definitely call on Bill’s again and ask specifically for Curtis.

Congenial, pleasant and informative while He was working. Somewhat disappointed in the guesstimate He gave me which was well under what the actual cost was. Hopefully what He found through diagnosis, will save me money in the long run. Was more than satisfied other than the cost. But aren't we all unsatisfied when it comes to paying the bill! It's how much? He's a good man. I made a good choice in choosing Bills. Thank you. Added later....Not so fast!!! Not much of a difference in the performance of our AC unit in our Home $625.00 later. I will do some research. MORE TO COME!!!

I have found Bill's Heating and Air to be conscientious and thorough. They immediately respond to inquiries and their prices are reasonable. I just signed up for their yearly plan so I don't have to worry about my furnace and air conditioner anymore. I highly recommend Bill's.

Curtis did a nice job here servicing our humidifier. We’ve ordered a new one. The one that needs repair/replacing is 28 years old. Bill’s is the best company we’ve worked with.

Great service! Repaired my cooler fan quickly. They called ahead to schedule a time, and even showed up a little early.

Great experience! My technician Tim did a great job explaining everything he needed to do to get my furnace back up and running, and walked me through how to navigate my new thermostat. Arrived on time and very friendly and professional. Highly recommend. Thanks again guys!

The technician they sent out was punctual and very thorough in inspecting our system. Gave great recommendations but was never a “pushy” salesman’s like normal. Would recommend and will continue to use them in the future for maintenance and repairs.

Curtis was extremely knowledgeable and did an outstanding job!! My furnace is a very tight fit next to water heater and he went the extra mile to figure a more efficient way for my filter to be placed truly appreciate the time he took!!

Todd came out to our place today, a Sunday. He was polite, conscientious and prompt. He repaired the problem in relatively short order and provided our quarterly service as well. As always, Bill's was on the spot. A hot Sunday without air is unpleasant in the extreme. All is well now. Thanks, Bills. Thanks, Todd.

Am adding this on because I couldn't figure out how to do a new review.

Brandon and Shane were out to our home the day before Thanksgiving....what I'm suspecting was a busy day. They arrived on time and ready to go. They were polite, conscientious and attentive. Brandon changed the filter on our humidifier and inspected the furnace as well as the head pump. Both of these gentlemen presented themselves as professional and knowledgable. As our is a hybrid system, it took a little longer to inspect. I took the time to stop by the shop and to inform Todd (the office manager) and Deb (the dispatcher) of the attention provided. As always, thanks to Bill's team for their promptness, professionalism and attention. Looking forward to seeing them again. Mike Streeter

A simple phone call and we had a technician early the next afternoon! Bill's is not a super large company and customer service is a priority! We've had Bill's for a number of years and find them friendly and super efficient. We also take advantage of their service contract so that our units are well-maintained. Friends that I have referred seem to be quite satisfied!

Bill’s made a lifelong customer out of us!!! We had a strong gas smell coming from a very old furnace. Tim was absolutely amazing, like talking to a friend, very polite and informative, didn’t try to upsell and he is very knowledgeable. I sincerely appreciated not only Bill’s for squeezing us in and making us a priority but for also sending a wonderful professional to our aide. Someday when our old furnace quits on us we are calling Bill’s !!!! Thank you kindly from a small hardworking family and now a life long customer.

Michael did a great job. He found a gas leak we didn’t even know we had. Fixed it, and showed us photos of what he fixed. Great service on our furnace AC and tankless water heater.
