Prompt, helpful, Straight forward, and kind. They worked all day until the job was done just to make sure we had heat. We are so blessed and thankful that we called command Heating and Air to replace our HVAC system.

Great quality service, very clean and professional. Kiley installed a new Thermostat and informed me of a couple settings and what that means for its level of automation. Then his team ran a new vent outside for bathroom fan and they were very professional, quick and cleaned up after themselves better than I could have asked for even. They listened to what I wanted and ensured they were cost efficient as well as that it was done correctly.

Kiley and his crew are great to work with. Very knowledgeable and showed me all functions of the whole home humidifier they installed. We were below 20% humidity but now we are able to set it to our comfort level.

We used Command HVAC for duct cleaning. Curtis did such a thorough job and respectful of furnishings and carpet. He cleaned everything up and showed me before and after pictures. We added the disinfectant fog service too. The house had such a nice clean smell when finished.

Curtis Smith worked extremely hard to get the compressor replaced. He was very conscientious to keep the house clean despite dozens of trips in and out and very diligent in his work. I was impressed!
