I had a great experience with DuctMedic Air Duct Cleaning. They were professional, thorough, and very detailed with their work. I really appreciated how they explained the process and made sure everything was done properly. The team was friendly, respectful, and careful inside the home. I feel much better knowing the air ducts and dryer vent were cleaned well.

I'm impressed with the professionalism of this company. They were careful and thorough, and they fully explained what they were doing. We have less dust in the house now, and I'm confident we are breathing cleaner air and saving energy dollars.

We used DuctMedic to clean the ducts in our last two homes. Each time they arrived on time, treated our property with respect and the results were fantastic. We were amazed at the amount of trash, dust, dirt and general construction debris located in the ducts in our last home. The Duct Medic guys did a phenomenal job. They were kind, professional, organized, clean and thorough. They explained the process and got to it. I am so glad I got it done. Maybe now the furnace and air conditioning will run smoother and cleaner

My experience with DuctMedic was very positive. The two men who came were efficient, careful of our property, worked hard, cleaned up when they were done and communicated their findings with me. I received a follow-up call to be sure I was satisfied with the work done. I would recommend this company if you have ducts that need cleaning.

I am not sure what to think of it. So far I could say, I can recommend them. The review is more of 3.5 stars but obviously can't do that. The problem is while thre did good job, installed some access holes as well through the shaft, but it seems that they missed a few spots that went from being fly into elephant (I don't think it is deliberate. Obviously no one is perfect. Even monkeys fall from trees). After they've done cleaning (my ventilation shaft is about 60 years old with prior owners being heavy chain smokers plus this place was rented out before I bought the property, being left in dilapidated condition. I started to pour my last savings into fixing this house). In either case, after the crew was done, a few days later the subtle smells of dirty wet socks/wet dog returned. I noticed the access lid (took the photo) having the same time of "sediment" on it as in the shaft I was hoping they could get cleaned out. After scraping it it with steel spatula tool, I managed to scrape it off (it wasn't easy but I took the photo of how much I got off). Overall they did good job, but I was honestly expecting a little bit more for 800 and tail dollars, plus nasty duct smell not returning at least for a while.

We got our ducts cleaned a couple of years ago due to a chalky dust that was circulating through our home. Duct medic came out and it did not solve the problem...so we started investigating other sources. We have been searching for the problem for YEARS! This winter it was so bad, every morning we woke up we would have to turn the furnace off and open the windows to let the air out, and then turn the furnace back on- once it got smoggy in here we would repeat. Our furnace filter clogged up 2 times within 20 days because the residue was so thick!

On the second call out the furnace guy suggested we have our ducts cleaned....I told him we had done it before and it didn’t do anything to help the problem.

We called a new company out to have a look.....they couldn’t even find where Duct Medic accessed our main trunk lines, and said there was NO possible way these ducts were cleaned when we were told they were. We had drywall dust and construction materials in our ducts from when our home was built 9 years ago.....if our ducts were cleaned this would have been gone. What do you know....after our ducts were actually cleaned the problem is gone.

I am so disappointed I trusted this company to do a thorough job, and we have spent outrageous amounts of money replacing our furnace, replacing our AC, countless calls to have our furnace looked at for not working properly.

What they did was the equivalent of putting a hose in the ducts and sucking dust out....do not waste your time, and do not trust this company to fix your problem. Do a little more research there are MUCH better options out there.
