Since the company changed hands from Lincoln Nebraska to Oneida New York they can't get a parts order right to save thier lives.
Definitely not going with Ground Logic on the next purchase!!

Horrible. I cannot get simple parts for my machine. They make you go through a dealer and the dealer has no idea what part numbers to use. They cannot even get a belt ordered. I am selling this machine and going with Exmark so I can get my machine worked on and parts ordered. Stay away!
