Dworak did my plumbing in the buildout for my salon 10 years ago. Anytime I call them its usually an emergency. Thats my business , we use our water for our job! Highly recommend they worked us in as quick as they could when everyone else told us 2 months out. The replaced my main water line into the house whole they where there they fixed a leaky faucet and ended up not having water pressure in my tub they stayed took extra time to flush the lines out and get it working again. Price was very reasonable. Will be using for all my plumbing needs. And the guys that showed up were extremely helpful. Every person I had the pleasure of meeting or talking to were very professional and very nice people

BEST plumbers in town. They are efficient, affordable, and just kind people. They explain exactly what's going on and are willing to chase problems until they are completely resolved, even if that means taking a question back to the team and coming back to fix it. Michelle (office staff) is also super easy to work with and will help with whatever is needed (cost breakdown, parts list, etc). We will use them forever!

I had them fix my shower handle. It needed to be tightened up. Very friendly good at what they do. Will use them every time.

This is an excellent company. I called them after a bathroom sink pipe broke while being snaked (we knew it would eventually happen so that was no surprise). The surprise was the way they quickly eased my worries on how it could be fixed. Everything was explained. They worked us into the schedule quickly and Gavin did a truly fantastic job! He was efficient and knowledgable and he left the work spaces cleaner than when he started. And I can't believe this happened, because it has never happened before (ever) but the bill was actually less than the estimate. I can't even begin to tell you what a welcome surprise THAT was!

We discovered a kitchen drain leak in the basement, made a call to Dvorak in which Gavin was sent out just a few days after the call. He showed up on time and enthusiastic about our issue. He was neatly dressed, courteous, as we as attentive to the situation. He minimized the possible damage that other contractors may have made. He observed and found the source of the leak and had the necessary repair made in under 2hrs. Gavin took the time to explain everything during and at completion. He cleaned up the mess and was so personable throughout his time here. Have already recommended him to neighbors and coworkers without hesitation. Thanks to Gavin and all the staff at Dvorak Plumbing. Kudos.

The kitchen faucet broke and it was leaking under my sink, every time I turned the water on. I called early Friday morning and Gavin was able to come over late morning. Gavin was friendly, professional, respectful of our home and put forth extra effort, finding the necessary part. Our RO system had quit working as well and he was able to switch things around so we had filtered water. I really appreciate Dworak Plumbing and will call them again.

The best, most responsive plumbers I've ever worked with. That's why I've been a customer for 35+ years. Awoke to water pouring out from under a toilet this morning. Called for help and Dworak's team was out to save us within about an hour. Cameron, the expert on this job, was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Michelle, the office wizard, is always responsive and helpful. In the three houses and all the times I've called Dworak's, I've never had a bad experience. Highly recommend..

I got several estimates to replace a bad sewer line from the house to the street. From the first call I they were very professional, gave me a great estimate and a timeline of work to be done. The guys showed up exactly on time and worked for several hours and got the job done. They dug up the old sewer and replaced it with new plastic pipe, and in the process kept my sidewalk in tact, which saved me money. I would definitely recommend Dworak Plumbing.

Receptionist was short & rude! Offer no help for our urgent issue.

On September 7, 2021, I called Dvorak Plumbing based on their 5 star review, to get my existing water heater serviced. The pilot light kept on going out. When I told them the Yr Make & model, they immediately said on the phone that I needed a new water heater, that would cost me $1200. I had my water heater serviced by Black Hills Service Guard for the last 9 yrs and they never said that, they just fixed the problem & replaced the pilot light assembly. So I insisted that Dvorak do the same. They said they would be at my house at 3pm but they didn't actually arrive until 4pm. They had the right parts with them and when they left they said it was fixed. However, they had turned down the setting on the water heater to its lowest position A, which didn't give me any hot water. So I turned it to the C position and went to sleep. The next morning, I went to examine the water heater and it was spraying hot water all over the wall! It was coming from the connection between the overflow pipe and the side of the water heater. I called Dvorak about it and of course they said they didn't cause it and a new Water Heater would now cost me $1500,. I called around and got another company to install a 40gal replacement for $1000. Dvorak sent me a bill for $265 for the work they did.
