As a business owner of Build DCB inc. I greatly appreciate not only the professional level of performance from Neeman & Sons team but also the quality. To find a company that operates with the same goals and level of expectations that we have is hard to find and Neeman and Sons has done that for us.

I've been in the building industry for over 40 years. I know how important it is to have subs that are dependable, hard working, and care about the quality of work they are providing. Neemann & Sons is all of those things. They are at the job when they say they will be and will work hard until the job is done.

This company is excellent in every way. They are responsible, good to work with, communicate well, do superb work. I recommend them very highly.

My roof was started and finished as planned. Everyone in the team was courteous, and friendly and professional. One minor issue was fixed within 24 hours. I highly recommend them. The work was excellent.

Neemann And Sons roofers are just finishing up at our house today. We chose da Vinci shingles partially because of past experience with them on a former house. We were very happy then and we are very happy now. We love the new color we picked, aged cedar, because it looks most like wood shake shingles.

The roofers worked really hard, even though the heat and humidity was horrible almost the entire time they were here.

We also appreciated the twice daily contact with Josh who would check in with us to make sure everything was going fine. He also answered every question we had.

Neemann & Sons recently did some work for us--replaced the shingles and gutter system, and replaced some deteriorated James Hardy siding (deteriorated due to wrong original installation of gutters 15 years ago). The crews were VERY good, friendly and efficient. They removed, then replaced the shingles in a single day, followed by the gutter and siding work. Every thing looks excellent. Thanks!

I just needed one downspout fixed. They sent an awesome crew of polite, professionals the same day. Great job and reasonable price. Will definitely call them again!

These guys are the best! We had a very difficult complex (in my opinion) roof that needed replaced. Neeman and Sons worked relentlessly to solve the problem. The guys were professional, courteous and respectful of our property. I would recommend them and will use them as long as I live in Lincoln.

Neemann and sons are the best we have been using them for many years especially the hail storms. They have always given us updates on the repairs. And when the work was completed they made sure we were happy with the work.

Josh and his crew did a great job roofing this old place; replaced all sheathing that was rotten and even removing an old furnace stack that was not in use anymore.

The wife and I noticed one crew member picking up insulation that had settled towards the eaves and redistributing it.

They diligently cleaned up the debris and we're so grateful that they squeezed us into their schedule since we had a nasty leak.

Not the least expensive estimate, but not the highest either and totally worth the money!

Neeman & Sons did a great job on our new roof. They finished in one day! New gutters were also installed later and look great! They were helpful in working with my insurance company too.
