Came out within a couple hours of calling on a Sunday afternoon to see what the problem was. Was back the next day with the new parts and our furnace was back up and running before lunch. Polite and professional. The billing office was very kind and understanding. Will always use the company in the future!

Update: Matt and his wife contacted me and explained why he had to break the wheel off. I feel very satisfied with his service. He made an extra trip to find the motor and wheel and returned the same day to finish it up an get our AC running again. Im feeling like I got robbed a little. I knew a capacitor was bad and probably my squirrel cage motor. But I KNOW my wheel was not frozen up as it says on my bill. I could turn the wheel very freely by hand .

Matt just left our house. He installed an A/C for us last year and in the meantime another company changed our furnace through a home warranty company. I suspect the other company let our freon out because 30 days after furnace install, no air conditioning. Matt came out promptly, was friendly and clearly knowledgeable. He solved The problem and changed out some of the weaker parts of the system to make sure we wouldn’t have future problems. Integrity goes a long way and I would recommend Justice to anyone who needed quality HVAC service.

We really appreciate Matt's timeliness in getting our AC repaired after having gone out over the weekend. He coordinated the repair, and was able to get out for a very timely repair. He did a great job explaining what was working and what wasn't and left us in solid shape ahead of some high temperatures this week.

Matt helped two separate times fixing my AC. He was contracted through my home warranty company. Both times he was here the same day I called, within a few hours. The second time I needed service, I was getting a call to schedule service before I had even hung up from calling my home warranty company telling them about the problem. That kind of promptness is so nice when it's the hottest months of summer and you want your AC working again. Matt was super attentive to details, checking all the different parts of my system, and letting me know what to watch for if I have issues in the future. He even double checked to make sure there were no manufacturer recalls on my equipment. I am planning to make a few upgrades in the near future, and I will definitely be reaching out to Justice to do the work.

Exceptional customer service experience from start to finish. Very professional removal and installation of new heat pump and coil. They even went the extra step by pointing out a loose hose on my humidifier. I couldn't be any happier with the end result. Thank you.

Matt replaced the motor capacitor and wheel. He is polite, quick.

Matt replaced 2 thermostats, put in 3 new parts in the furnace and now the furnace runs all the time being shut off and even runs with the AC on blowing hot air out of the register!!!!
