So far just an estimate, but really liked how quick they came and got the estimate within hours, not days. Price was awesome!!

Fast friendly service. The guy got right back to me when I called and showed up on time. Haven't got the bill yet but service was great!

Great install, great service, came out for routine maintenance recently and made it out the same week I called. We get all our filters through them also and they always have what we need.

UPDATE as of 9/2020: A/C unit, central air and heating unit still running great!

UPDATE: After many calls and being hung up on two of the times, and many emails since the first week of September. I finally got the work done to my home on the second week of November. Replaced both the furnace and A/C. Was a fulls day work as expected. Technicians were clean and quick. Technicians were also very respectful, very high quality of work and good entertainment!

My original review: Went with A1 even though I had friends suggest not to.
Blower motor on my home unit went out. Had it replaced by A1, until A1 can get me a full estimate so Insurance can pay out and get me a whole updated home. Both the heater and the A/C unit. You would think they would want to do a whole home unit they've had to bandaid from the last owners of the home right? And is only a few blocks from their office/shop right?. Its been a hair over two weeks now. And we've gotten the bill for the blower motor. But nothing more. Unless I get responded back to soon, it seems like we'll be going elsewhere.

The service manager Cory Chapman installed a new heat pump at our residence 4ish years ago. It completely stopped working and upon having a different person look at it we found it was not installed properly. Even the filter wasn't being used as he put the duct work for it in the wrong spot... When I called to talk to Cory and yell him about the problem and we needed it to be done the correct way he had his secretary call and tell us to do business elsewhere! DO NOT do business with this man! We spent over 12K and he doesn't stand behind his work!

We installed a new heat pump and called A1 because the AC was blowing warm air. They came out and supposedly fixed it, this was July 2019. In the last week our heat pump could not get temperature above 65 degrees. We had someone else look at it and A1 completely disconnected wires to the heating element! Not to mention I called for 6 months to have a frame built for a filter with never a response. I would give a minus 5 stars if that was an option. We will never call them again and the other companies in Kearney were aware of their poor service and response. Beware of these people!!

Lost heat in my Goodman furnace and called A1 since they were close to me. They told me that they will have someone out that afternoon to see what was wrong. I spent all day waiting for them to show up or at least give me a call to let me know what was going on. Now, most people it wouldn’t be that big a deal but, my work schedule is 6:00pm to 6:00am and I try to keep my sleeping schedule the same on my day off. So, I waited to call them again when they opened in the morning and got the excuse that they had the wrong phone number and couldn’t get ahold of me. So, again, I set things up for them to come out that afternoon but it would be late afternoon since he didn’t have a tech in that day and the other guy was in Red Cloud and could stop on his way back to Kearney.There I was AGAIN waiting for them to show up or call me letting me know that they were on their way. NOTHING AGAIN!! I changed my sleeping schedule for nothing and still have no heat!!! Now I’m going to have to wait until the morning to call someone else to come and fix my heating and hope my roommate can be here so I can get some sleep before I have to work. I won’t ever call this place again. I won’t even call the Kearney store. *Update* Finally did show up and did get my heat going again. The guy that came was really great and he’d be the only one I would have come out to fix my unit if there’d be a guarantee that he’d be the one they’d send. Otherwise, I’m still not going to call them again.
