I had 2 repairmen, (I believe one was training) both were knowledgeable and polite. They were thorough and explained things as they went. Our problem was a "glitch" and has been taken care of. I had a great experience with All Appliance.

Great work repairing the ice maker! A refrigerator that came with our recently purchased home leaked when a water line was connected. Had a technician out to inspect quickly. Ordered the part and replaced for less than the cost of a replacement.

Adding on June 5th we had an over repaired. Only a bad fuse from my attempt to use the broiler. Repaired and back up and running!

We were having a terrible time figuring out how to make my new dishwasher not slide forward when opening. Even though the first tech was unable to resolve the issue, a different tech (older gentleman) and it seemed like a man in management came out. They seemed to know right what to do. I am so glad to have this issue resolved. So grateful.

Ben was sent to diagnose our refrigerator
. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained to my wife and myself what was needed to repair the refrigerator. He ordered the parts needed and told us once the parts came in that All Appliance Service would reach out to schedule the actual repair. He took the time to explain the job and roughly how long it will take. It's a big job but we have no doubt that Ben can handle it .Overall it was a good experience .

The service was friendly, quick and good. Repaired our freezer handle that had become detached — inaccessible for me to fix on my own.

Chad is professional, efficient, polite, overall did great work. He didn’t try to upsell me stuff I didn’t need. Thanks, Chad!

Our repair individual “hung in there” until he had completely solved the problem. It took a few times, but we were appreciative that he started with small adjustments and when those did not do the job he continued on until he found the issue. He was so patient and thorough. Thank you !

These guys are the only people to call if an appliance goes out. I had a call in with Sears service and they expected me to wait a month for them to come service my dryer

All Appliance is my go to appliance fix it company when my appliances breakdown at home. I’ve used them three times and they have been nothing more than professional and courteous.

Charlie explained the services thoroughly and answered all my questions. There were a few issues with our WHIRLPOOL refrigerator. He worked a few hours on it and it's up and running. Gave us his info if there's any further assistance needed. This was a pleasant warranty situation and we are satisfied with the professionalism and ability as a repairman. ☆☆☆☆☆

Tim was the best ! He fixed my washer gave me knowledge on how to prevent the issue again . as well as leveled out my dryer. He was so sweet and kind

It was a Friday night. I discovered my freezer wasn’t working. Icemaker wasn’t working. I left a message for them, hoping they could come on Saturday. They were able to work me in Charlie was the service technician It was 5 o’clock Saturday night and he said sure I can replace the compressor, that way you aren’t put on a schedule and it could be days before someone could get out here. I am so very appreciative ! I really felt I could trust him and he knew what he was doing

Christian did a great job replacing the oven heating element. I got a next day appointment and the price was better than others I checked. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend!

Chad diagnosed my washing machine right away but had to order the part. Once the part was in, he came over and quickly replaced my pump. Great service!

Very professional. Thorough. Educational. Additionally, my technician was kind, patient and had a sense of humor. He took the time to tell me exactly what was wrong, what needed to be done to fix it and how to take care of my machine to extend its life.

Noone likes a broken dryer(especially my daughter!) These guys bent over backwards to accommodate us! They were able to get us on the schedule as soon as the part arrived and even when we needed another part they put us on the schedule for first thing in the morning. Professional and on time!
