I have used Bin There Dump That three times now and I can’t believe I haven’t posted a review yet. I remember the original reason I booked with them is because I thought the name was so funny! But after talking with Sue to decide what size dumpster we needed for our home projects I knew I would use them for everything! And we have, working on our backyard, booked them, helping a friend clean out a house, booked them, our upcoming home projects, booking them! I have recommended them to everyone any time I hear they need a dumpster. Now those people are recommending them to their friends and family too! To be honest they are actually one of my top 10 local companies, I never knew you could love a dumpster company this much. Every interaction I have with them is proof that amazing customer service can make an everyday experience become a memorable experience in 5 minutes or less.

Sue and the team were incredibly responsive and the dumpsters were exactly what we needed. We thought we would only need one to clean out a deceased family members home, but quickly realized we needed more. Sue made sure we got what we needed and communicated clearly all along the way. The dumpsters were Easy to use and to make sure they were positioned where we needed them. At the end, everything was managed perfectly. Highly recommend them.

I rented a tin from this company and got it the NEXT day. It was delivered right to my garage and he made sure there was plenty of room between garage and tin so it could be opened and loaded easily.
The nice lady on the phone also helped me decided which size would work best for us and the one I had in mind wasn’t at all the correct one.
I would definitely recommend this nice company full of helpful and knowledgeable people if you’re ready to clean out some unnecessary items in your home. They’re amazing. 5 stars!

Quick and easy experience! Inquired for a dumpster and it was delivered within 2 days. We finished loading the dumpster sooner than expected and they picked it up the next day. No damage to our driveway, highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Bin There Dump That Omaha Dumpster Rental. First off, I absolutely love their name as well as the excellent customer service they provided. I wasn’t sure what size dumpster I needed for my garage and bedroom clean out, and was recommended a size that was perfect. They didn’t try to upsale which was greatly appreciated. The process went smoothly from beginning to end. I will definitely be using this company again to remove my sofa and dining room table in chairs in the next coming weeks.

Great service!! They park the dumpster on pieces of wood to protect your drive. Only company I have seen that does this. Would absolutely use them again.

Rented their largest bin for a whole home clean out. Communication was great. Their was am accident upon drop off and the driver accidently hit my mailbox. The driver was honest and didn't try to hide anything letting me know it happened. One of the owners called me directly and made everything right quick and efficiently. I would suggest this company for your garbage bin needs.

The bin arrived on time and was clean. The 15 yard bin we picked was perfect. It allowed us to walk in the heavy stuff and arranges things so we could maximize the space. Pick up was easy and they cleaned up after. I would highly recommend to anyone.

We rented a 20 yard dumpster to do some late "spring cleaning" / bathroom remodel. We were very pleased with their service!! Their prices were very competitive and their additional services (Driveway Protection System, Sweeping the driveway when pick up the dumpster, Fast delivery, Walk-in double doors) just added to the experience. I just used Been There Dump That for the 2nd time and the experience was fantastic (just like it was the first time). I submitted the online request on a Thursday night and a dumpster was delivered around 1pm the next day. The team was easy to work with and we were able to handle most of the logistics via text, with is perfect for me. The only call that was needed was to share my credit card info.

When they dropped off the dumpster, they placed it on 2x4s to keep it elevated and protect the driveway. When they picked up the dumpster, there was no evidence left behind that a dumpster was even placed in the driveway. No debris, no rust spots, nothing. They will continue to be my first call (or online submission) when I need dumpster services.

As I was looking for a dumpster I found many companies that were overpriced, couldn’t tell me when I could get a dumpster, and I got the feeling they didn’t care if they rented to me or not. THEN I called Bin There Dump That (love the name). They were so helpful, pleasant, friendly and professional. I told them what I needed and was pleasantly surprised to be able to not only get the size of dumpster I needed but could get it when I needed it. They protected my driveway and cleaned up after pickup. They will be the only dumpster company I’ll ever use. And I will again next spring. My neighbors and friends know how I feel about this company and I recommend them to everyone who needs a dumpster. Thank you so much for helping me out.
