Keith Robertson and his team are really good folks!! They provided us with great work from start to finish! Will use them again!!

I don't write many reviews, but these guys deserve all 5 stars for their quick response when my well pump electrical box burned up. Best electrical service replacement I've ever had and will continue to use in the future.

I appreciate the wonderful customer service I received from Omaha Electric. I called to schedule some minor electrical work, and the person I spoke with was friendly, efficient, professional, and patient, as she took my information, asked questions, and scheduled a service call. Her soft-spoken and pleasant manner left me feeling appreciated and valued as a customer.

When their team came out to complete the job, they were friendly, professional, and efficient, as well, and we are very pleased with the finished product. I also appreciated the fact that they wore masks.

Mike Cupich of Omaha Electric Service came to my home to install two 120 volt circuits for my furnace and elector pump. He arrived on schedule and installed conduits. His work was excellent. The job charge was a great value.

I had a new electrical panel installed along with an exterior generator connection and transfer setup, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and clearly knew what they were doing. The work was done cleanly, safely, and to a high standard, and everything was explained clearly along the way. It’s obvious they take pride in their work.

I also want to mention their professionalism on the business side. I made an honest mistake and forgot to mail the payment after the job was completed. They were completely understanding, cooperative, and courteous about it. I dropped the check off the next day, and there was never any attitude or pressure — just professionalism.

Quality work, great communication, and solid people. I would absolutely recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.
