As a business owner, it's a personal priority to support local when I can. I wish it was possible to give Maids & More beyond a five star review! The team was responsive, detailed, and professional. In a cleaning service there's really not much else you could ask for. A HUGE thank you for making my move in a breeze.

This is the first time I used a cleaning service and my experience with Maids & More was fantastic!
The ladies were on time and went right to work, everything sparkled! I look forward to my next cleaning.

I love this company. My husband and I have tried several other maid services in the past with this being the best one. They are professional, courteous, and thorough.

They cleaned my two bedroom, two bath apartment when we moved out and made it look like the day we moved in.

The company showed up and removed an absolutely ungodly amount of dust due to me grinding concrete. They were fast and effective. Very pleased and well priced.

Used Maids & More for 3 years. They came in every 4 weeks. The girls did a great job. They went above and beyond in my opinion having to work around my mother who was not always nice to them due to dementia. They also did the move out cleaning, was immaculate. Would use them again if ever in need of a cleaning service.

We had five straight days of having our old wood flooring removed, which involved a lot of sawing/cutting. This created a fine dust on every surface of our home. Walls, countertops, pictures, plants, furniture, home decor etc.... The place was a mess!

We tried to clean but couldn't get a handle on it. We called Maids & More in desperation on the last day of the project and hoped we could at least get an appt. within a week, as our home was almost unlivable! Jim explained their services and had someone out within hours to walk through and give us a quote. Then, he had a team of 3 people out the very next morning for us!

They left and we couldn't believe how clean the place was! We expected that they would get a good amount of the dust off but we would still have a lot to contend with. It has now been 5 days and our home is better than pre-reno!

We are extremely happy with the service, professionalism and overall experience with Maids & More. We will be using them again!

I was extremely satisfied with the cleaning we had done at our house. I looked in to several companies but Maids and More stood out and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. They did a tremendous job, were prompt and professional, communicated with us extremely well and made sure we were happy with the level of service we received. Exceptional experience all around.

Wow! Talk about great customer service. I needed my sold house cleaned at the last minute. I should have scheduled it a lot earlier but I called Maids and More 2 days before closing and they rallied! As I had called other companies who turned me away I was more than pleasantly surprised. Made room on the schedule and cleaned the entire house the next day. It really saved me. They did an excellent job and were supportive and kind throughout a very stressful time for me. I would highly recommend them for any cleaning service you need.

Kudos to Maids & More for the great job they did doing a deep clean on our house recently. It's hard for my wife and I to keep up with the house cleaning due to our ages so we hired the Maids to deep clean and they did. They came out the day after we called and the crew worked until they covered everything we had pointed out. We have several shelves with numerous knickknacks and they were all cleaned carefully. They cleaned all of the windows inside and vacuumed everything. The bathrooms turned out spotless and the tile and grout looked almost new. The next morning, we looked around the house again and I mentioned to my wife that the house "sparkled". They worked meticulously and quickly. Great job. We will look to the Maids & More for future work.

Long overdue review. Due to busy life and Holidays. At the end of October, I was moving out of my house that I rented for 4 years that month. I had overall just needed everything extra deep cleaned. For hardly being there for the last year. I let it go more than I should of. Well, when the time came that I had to be out in a few days. I panicked, I didn’t have a deposit down, so I wasn’t worried about that. It was more of a principal thing since I was renting from a family friend. So unsure I would find something at a decent price or even at all. I went to our trusty friend, most of the time, Google. The first one that popped up was Maids & More
I gave them a call that day and left a voicemail of what service I needed. Got a call an hour later from a Jim, he listened to my email carefully I could tell, and had the proper questions when he called back. He said he could set up something that evening to come to the house and give me an estimate. So we met and he gave me around a $200 estmate based on the size of the house and what I wanted cleaned. The next day he had 3 maids over and they were gone within four hours. My landlord was more than pleased and so was I.
As we all know cleaning is not the fun or easiest thing to do and it can take time and patience. He did underquote a little bit but gave me a break. Very grateful for that. Over all I was satisfied by the quick responses, the next day service, and how good the ladies did, everyone was so friendly. If you need a one-time cleaning or just once-a-week cleaning, I do recommend Maids & More. Very pleased.

In August of 2022, I decided to hire a cleaning company to do a move out clean for a home that I was living in up in Bennington. In the process of calling multiple cleaning companies in the Omaha metro, I called Maids & More. They were available to do the job when other cleaning companies that I called were too busy. They sent their estimator over to my home to do an in-person estimate. She was prompt, friendly, and professional; she gave me all the specifics on how the job would be done as well as the prices. I was able to pick and choose the services that I wanted to move forward with; I felt that their prices were very reasonable. I decided to move forward with a deep cleaning of all the bathrooms in my home. The day that the crew came, it was the same thing as with the estimator; they were prompt, friendly, and professional. My bathrooms were cleaned to specification and within the quoted time and price. After the 3-person crew was done, my bathrooms had never looked better! On final inspection, even the landlord remarked at how nice the bathrooms looked; she even wanted the name of the company for cleaning some of their other rental properties! I was so impressed with Maids & More that I will definitely be using them in the future! Update: In October of 2023, I had emailed Maids & More because I had some cleaning questions on how to best clean a difficult shower/tub combination. The following day, I got a phone call from Jim Lovely (he and his wife Stephanie are the owners). He was able to recall my cleaning job from August of 2022. He gladly answered all of my questions on how to best clean my shower/tub combination. He gave me recommendations on what type of scrubbing materials to use and what cleaners/chemicals to use to best accomplish the job. He made recommendations on where to get the cleaners/chemicals and even went on to say “If you can’t find the cleaners/chemicals, then just swing by our office and we’ll get you hooked up”. This is the true definition of customer service! Jim, Stephanie, and the staff at Maids & More still continue to deliver! Hands down, without a doubt, one of the best cleaning companies in the Omaha metro! I highly recommend them!

So I had a situation where I booked another company for 8 hr moving clean and they no showed. As I was stressing out I called maids and more ( they were the first number when I googled) I was immediately put at ease. Within 45 min I had Tara at more door to do the quote. The price was very doable and she started cleaning 10 min later the other team of 4 came in and they made my house so spotless and clean. They are so fast and friendly. They made everything shine. I have never seen a better group of trained professionals work so well and so efficiently together. I highly recommend them!!!

Maids & More is "The Best in Omaha", hands down.

I called 8 local companies just to get "static" and excuses of why and how they were so busy, 35 days in advance, going through dysfunctional websites, no callbacks, having to wait over 48 hours to just get a quote, then argue about timing and quality of services.

<He actually put me on his schedule for a quote, day and time.
<Tara showed up on the day and time early to give me a quote and walkdown the work about 2.5 weeks in advance.
<After the quote, Maid & More showed up on time, performed all the work in a high quality fashion and exceeded my expectations.
<The ladies were professional and hard-working and actually really took the time and care to do everything I asked, including paying special attention to those areas I wanted to clean over closely like the master bathroom and the hard water stains.

There is absolutely NO excuse why someone would consider my place not clean, unless they are ignorant after they performed the work.

No doubt this is the way to run a business. High quality, timely, professional to deal with, Tara, Phil and Jim, they all followed up and gave me superior service.

I am very picky and know what I want and how to do it, I trusted in them and they delivered. I was impressed with the work they did and would highly recommend just trusting in them.

Definitely worth the time and expense to deal with Maids & More and forget the others.

Like any business, set clear expectations and clear quality standards and they will deliver.

I would give this company 10 stars if I could! I was in a real bind moving from Colorado to my new house in Omaha which was absolutely filthy and reeked of cat box.... They immediately worked me in to get the entire house deep cleaned, and shampooed the carpets and upholstery; all within 4 days! I highly recommend Maids & More for your cleaning needs!!!

I have used Maids and More for several years and think their business is the best thing since sliced bread! The work ethic I've seen is just extraordinary. The ladies are thorough, professional, kind, knowledgeable, and happy in their work. I've had a number of different crews clean for me over the years, and each one does a wonderful job. Most recently, Morima and her crew have been my regular helpers, and I appreciate their skills and caring of my things. Jim and Stephanie own a business I will recommend any time.

I've used maid services before and this one is by far the best in my opinion. they came into a house that was a total disaster and it looks as though it has not been lived in at all. Hire them, you won't be sorry.
