I've used Don and Delmich in the past and can attest to their reliability and high standards. Never more important was their work than during the Covid-19 pandemic and they never skipped a beat staying ahead of the ever changing recommendations and best practices. It is more and more unusual to see a company work on a handshake and without a contract, but when you promise high standards and follow-through you never have to worry about contracts. I am please with the cleaning overall although a little more focus could be put towards the kitchen floor, backroom floor, and bathroom floor.
