Always impressed by their quality! We’ve used Innovative Outdoors for several projects at our home in Omaha and have always been very happy with the results.

They installed a beautiful flagstone water feature in our front yard (you can see it in the photo), as well as a flagstone patio in our backyard that we love to enjoy on nice evenings. Both projects turned out great.

We also have them come back every spring for our landscaping clean-up. They refresh the mulch, clean up the edges, and help replace or add plants so everything looks neat and ready for the season.

The team is dependable and easy to work with. I would recommend Innovative Outdoors to anyone looking for landscaping or outdoor projects in the Omaha area.

We’ve worked with Bryan and the team at Innovative Outdoors several times and can’t recommend them enough. They first helped us solve a major water issue at our home in West Omaha that had gone on for a long time — even MUD couldn’t fully figure it out. Bryan and his team worked tirelessly to diagnose the problem and ultimately fixed it, saving our basement from taking on more water. Since then, we’ve continued to use them for our annual spring landscape clean-up, and most recently they updated our backyard patio, which turned out beautiful (you can see it in the photo). Great team, quality work, and people who truly care about doing the job right.

Brian and Jordon and the entire team at Innovative Outdoors are amazing. They went above and beyond during the design and implementation phases, but more importantly, a year and a half later, they continue to provide support and the highest level of customer care. My experience has been 5 star since day one and I would recommend them for any of their services. I guarantee you won’t regret it and you will have amazing results.

Bryan and his team were so easy to work. From designing to the finish product. He let us know everything they were going to do and made sure we were satisfied when it was completed. We were more than satisfied! Turned out amazing, We’ve had so many compliments about it. Highly recommend them.

Bryan and his team completed the landscaping for our new construction home. Bryan worked with us to bring our exterior to life! He gave us so many ideas and was very responsive. He completely created our outdoor living spaces. His team does a great job of installing. Pricing was reasonable but most of all we are happy that he came back many times to check on our property. Highly recommend and we ourselves will be using Innovative Outdoors in the future!

We had a small side yard project that needed to be done. I heard about Bryan on a neighborhood site. I looked at his website and saw gorgeous work. When I called him, I said I had a very small project and wasn't sure he'd be interested. He said, "A job is a job, whether large or small. Yes, I'm interested." Bryan was very professional and personable, gave me an estimate and I hired him. His crew was equally professional, polite, did immaculate clean up, and was exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend using Innovative Outdoors for any project you may have.

Very happy with the extensive backyard design and landscaping 24 trees and berms lights and water feature. His crews communicated and worked methodically causing minimal disruption. Very professional outfit overall.

Bryan and his team are amazing to work with. He was prompt in arriving for our bid, shared ideas to give our landscaping more curb appeal. Then, he followed up with a detailed bid and detailed computer rendered images of all the stone, rock and plants in the appropriate placing around our home. I proposed a change before we locked in the design/price and he blew away all of my expectations on the addition of some stone steps down the side of our house. His crew was extremely kind, listened to our feedback and adjusted where requested. We had drainage issues between our house and the neighbor’s. They talked us through options on how to resolve the drainage needs and we could not be happier with the results. The price was reasonable and in line with the 2 other bids we received. Bryan went above and beyond to ensure my black thumb wouldn’t kill these new plants, emailing me detailed instructions for care. We are given a 1 year warranty, and we will definitely put Bryan first on our list for any future landscaping needs. Highly recommend!!

Bryan and his team over at Innovative Outdoors deliver every single time! Highly recommend using these guys for anything landscape related if you live out here in the Omaha, NE area. Especially services like pools, hardscapes, retaining walls, etc.

Brian did a very nice job with the landscape design for our new villa property. The problem started when we had some issues several months later with some of the plants and trees. When we called him initially, he came out and took a look. He felt that with time the issues we were concerned with would right themselves. Now, almost 1 1/2 years later we still have the same issues and he will not even return our calls. We've had other landscape companies out to look at the problems and they agree that they should have been resolved by Brian.
It's very frustrating when you can't even get him to return calls. We spent a considerable amount for the original design and plants and expected much better service.
I would never recommend Innovative Outdoors to any of our friends!

Bryan and his company did a good job until there were issues. I've emailed him twice in the last two months and he won't respond. A "we're really busy " would have been nice but only crickets. They say a referral is the best compliment which won't come from me. I just asked a simple question on what to use to fill the gaps that they didn't complete from a previous visit. I'm just amazed that there's been no response..
which is no way to earn a referral.
