Prairie has some of the finest people i have ever met.Decent,hardworking ,honest people.Their word is their bond.When they quote a price,they mean it and stand behind it.The attitude of the company starts at the top and filters down to everybody.Allow me to cite some of their customer care people,Megan and MJ do a great job !

Nice place comfortable

This company has been working on our boiler in our apartment building for the last two days. Today they left the boiler in the front yard and split without bothering to hook the hot water back up to any of the apartments. They didn't say anything to the office about it so now we have no water pressure or hot water till tomorrow. Would NOT RECOMMEND!
