I have had several wonderful interactions with gentlemen from this company. Cody, Jesse, and Chris have all been extra polite, aware of their surroundings and being respectful of my property, and clear about the repair process we are about to undertake together. Although my plumbing project is messy because my house is old, I have every confidence that the project will be done right the first time.

Jeremy was great! He got my bathtub drain unclogged and also my bathroom sinks. He also let me know about a product I can get on Amazon to help prevent clogs in the future. I was able to get an appointment the very next day when I called. Plumbrite will be my new plumber.

Their team came out and replaced two faucets the same day I reached out for an appointment. They were fast, friendly, and very professional. The whole process was easy from start to finish, and I would definitely use them again.

Jeremy was fast and thorough in completing his work while providing me a great deal financially. He also arrived right on time which was VERY appreciated! You should use Plumbrite for any issues because otherwise you’ll be getting screwed over.

Jake is amazing! Very timely and punctual and friendly. I built a grooming salon in my basement and I had a very tight timeline on when it needed to be done. He came out and installed what I needed and got my salon up and running!

Ray was AMAZING!! I called with a plumbing emergency, he came out rather quickly and was straight with me. He stayed with us into the evening getting everything situated and making us feel comfortable. Highly recommend!!!!

Jake was fantastic! He was efficient, friendly, and explained everything as he went. Living in an old house plumbing is never fun, but Jake offered every solution possible, explained the pros and cons of each, as well as the costs. Would recommend to anyone!

Ray was phenomenal, super informative and got the job done quickly. Affordable pricing as well. I called around 10 and Ray showed up to fix our problem within two hours same day and was upfront about what the issues could be. Highly recommend and will be using them again if we ever have a problem.

Shaun, Christean, and Damion did a fantastic job getting my sewer line open and inspected. They arrived on time, were very friendly and professional, and did not try to sell me services that I did not need. PlumbRite is who I will call every time from here on out!

Called Plumbrite for a gasline concern. Christian came out within an hour and a half. Was very kind, gave me reassurance on the concerns we were having, and answered all questions I had. Definitely appreciated his service and thorough explanation as a new homeowner. Would recommend!

Called at 9am and drains cleared by 3pm the same day! Ray was very thorough with explaining what the process was and he was quick to fix it. He also helped troubleshoot another area while there. Happy to give 5 stars!

Damion Doebelin provided excellent service. He was very professional and personable. He gave me information, asked throught the process if i had questions and answered everything thoroughly. It was a pleasure meeting him and I will definitely Use PlumbRite in the future.

I had a great experience working with Matt. He was very easy to communicate with, highly responsive, and always accessible when I had questions. He confirmed our appointment in advance, arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and was very respectful of my time throughout the process. Matt completed a thorough inspection and took care of multiple plumbing issues that had been neglected for several years. His attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right were evident from start to finish. I would confidently recommend Matt and this company for any plumbing needs.

Damien was great! he made our service experience a breeze! Damien was awesome at explaining everything he was doing and did so in a timely manner- we will always recommend plumbrite for our plumbing issues!

Excellent service, we had an issue with our water heater and we got a tech to come by in 30m after we called. Christian explained and troubleshooted the water heater, and answers all our questions. What I liked about PlumRite is their flat fee business model, not like the other ones start at outrageous fees just to come in the door. Thank you Christian!

I don't usually write reviews but I had to for PlumbRite. The staff was helpful in scheduling my appointment & the service was even better. Adrian S. did an exceptional job. He answered my questions, called when he was on his way, arrived on time & made sure I was satisfied with the job before he left, leaving me his business card so I could contact him if something went wrong - guaranteeing his work. He picked up after himself & showed up looking professional & with a smile on his face. He put my mind at ease. Thank you, Adrian. I appreciate your professionalism.

Jake Kruse was great. Plumbrite was able to come out same day and get us taken care of. They also cleaned up after themselves which other plumbers have not done.

I had an excellent experience with PlumbRite Plumbing Services. Jake Kruse came out the same day, quickly diagnosed the issue (a faulty PRV), and replaced the unit efficiently. Even after a previous adjustment attempt, he took the time to explain exactly what was happening, why the noise persisted, and how the replacement would fix it.

Jake was very professional, easy to talk to, and did a great job walking me through the problem and the repair process.
