Once again we had an awesome experience with Wes @ New Wave Pools, they’ve replaced the liner in our pool, updated all equipment and now we had them install a new cover. A few weeks ago they measured and said it would take a few weeks to get it. As soon as it arrived Wes called to set up installation, his people came on time, got right to work and in no time the new cover was installed. It looks Great!!! Later same day Wes called to follow up and give instructions about how to maintain the pool when it’s covered. Definitely recommend Wes and his team for anything pool related. Thanks Wes!!!!

New Wave Pool and Spa recently built an elegant modern pool for us, and the entire experience was seamless, stress-free, and nothing short of incredible.

From the get-go, they gave us a detailed plan with a budget that outlined all costs. The work was performed on time, as scheduled, and they communicated the schedule in advance. The professionalism of the entire team of workers was beyond our expectations. We knew at all times who was going to work on our property and when. We always felt like we were their #1 clients despite their busy schedule involving large, complex, and extravagant commercial and residential pools across the state.

Everyone at New Wave was exceptionally organized, efficient, highly detail-oriented, and thorough during the entire process. Darcy and Jay are down-to-earth, kind, laid back, and have a great sense of humor. By the end of the build, I felt like I had gained two older brothers. They were generous with their time, answering questions immediately no matter how busy they were with other projects. Even when we had questions outside the scope of their work, they went out of their way to help us.

Their experience building pools for the past several decades speaks volumes about their work ethic and meticulous craftsmanship. It is unparalleled. If you want the best, then New Wave Pool and Spa is for you. If you have to wait for them to build your pool, they are worth the wait.

They built our pool over 10 years ago and have serviced our pool weekly during the summer season. Always have provided great and friendly service. Also have responded quickly when we've had an issue or needed repairs.

We have been pleased with New Wave Pools. Our pool has worked great and the team has come in a timely fashion for any issues, which is minimal! They serviced the pool as needed throughout the summer and ensured it was running great! We would highly recommend them!

I was originally introduced to New Wave when I had to have my poorly built Spa completely removed and rebuilt. New Wave did a great job (in the middle of the winter, I might add!) Since then they have opened/closed my pool and spa every spring/fall, and provided weekly pool service each spring/summer/fall. The New Wave team is very responsive - they do great work!

Service is 5-stars. Juan is fantastic and very responsive.

Cost is 3-stars as the “gas-surcharge” of $12 on every visit (for Lincoln) seems a bit excessive (in addition to the hourly fees).
Definitely not inexpensive, but we have been happy with the service.

It would be nice if they utilized technology to pay online instead of sending a check.

No response to my questions
