So I have to say we first used them with the flood of March 2019. We had 5’ 11” of water in our basement. Eddie was out checking things out when we still had inches of water in the basement getting us bids and quotes on the different choices we had. Not only did they take care of me but then help several of my next door neighbors in the circle I live at Hawaiian Village. Eddie and the team were incredible to work with. So I referred them to my daughter about 2 weeks ago. My daughter reached out to him in the evening and Eddie was out there that night, taking care of them. My daughter joked saying this guy is a machine. They ended up replacing the Heating system and coming back to do the A/C. I would recommend Eddie and Henson Heating and Cooling to anyone need HVAC work done.

I would highly recommend Henson Heating & Cooling Omaha! Ed was extremely professional and thorough. He explained what we could do to temporarily get our AC running before he came out. Their prices are very competitive and fair. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Eddie is always helpful and I just love his fairness and genuine concern for the customer.

Eddie arrived to help with our Heat Pump in a very reasonable time, while temps were -40 with wind chills. With kindness he thoroughly explained the details/issues, and gave a clear path to a solution.

It was 105 heat index when I heard the loud pop of my compressor on my AC go out. I figured I was going to be hot for a bit. I called Henson Heating and Cooling. Jesse told me to shut it off and he would be out. This was 5 pm on a Saturday. He had the solenoid replaced and me back up and running by 7 pm. Very impressive! I can't recommend them enough.

I had hired a different HVAC company to fix the problem I had but they found one issue, "fixed" it and left. Then I called this company and Eddy came out and checked through my system and found multiple problems fixing each one and then making sure the system worked properly before leaving. He is thorough and technically competent as well as professional and personable. I will be contacting them for all my future HVAC needs!
